As has already been pointed out. Soros was only 15 years old by the end of the war. He was 14 when his father placed him with a friend that protected young George from the Nazis by telling them that he was an adopted godson, and was Catholic.

He was not a collaborator, nor did he work for the Nazis. He tagged along with his protector.
