That is because opinions can get you into trouble. Unfounded accusations can be dangerous too. Consider this as a thread - "OB is a Pedophile". No proof. Just words. You hope that a mod will yank it down, but what damage could that do to you? How would that make you feel? Even after it has been removed, the people who saw it will bring it up again.
