Don't know if he WANTS to. But given his erratic behavior and and how he over reacts to things .....including the smallest slight....... I can't say I trust him to do what is sensible and REASONABLE He is too impulsive. (and emotional ) He has to have the last word even if it makes him look& behave like an ass. very immature. He is easily influenced with flattery and that makes him a vulnerable leader.
