Like the diamond business, you get a lot more money if something in demand is let out in a trickle. The Dutch have just topped $1T in a fund that would be equal to what Alberta called 'the Heritage Trust fund'. Compare that to the $1T and you will get an idea who runs the taps in Alberta. (let alone we only have one country we export to)
