Combat forces serve a useful purpose even at home in emergencies. Most of them are semi literate,know how to follow orders and can be mobilized and self sufficient in short order for emergencies ranging from snow storms to forest fires to all the violence that will soon be brought here from the muddle east by by the so called refugees.
