You are absolutely correct V.I. I guess I did a poor job of explaining, I have never physically assaulted a woman and my point was I would only do so in the rare event she threw the first punch and my health was in jeopardy. As far as the incident at Shawnigan was concerned I stand by my statement that the protesters were wrong in interfering with the work and the truck driver was wrong in roughing up the woman. In my earlier post I did say he deserved to be suspended from the job. Nice to see you back in the forum.

I'd point out that you said the driver was "20% to blame."

So, the victim of a crime is primarily (80%) to blame for the conduct of her attacker?

So, if you're frustrated by a group's wrongful, non-violent action, you have the right to pick out a member of that group and attack her?

Wow, I'm glad you're not a judge.

Though, considering no charges have been laid, apparently the RCMP agrees with you. So maybe you're getting the Canada you want.

I hope that trucker isn't married. If he is, I fear for his wife. We've seen how he behaves when he's upset.

I believe I said a couple of times he was guilty of the attack. Did you want me to recommend hanging him? :)
