Exactly what rights should trans people have?

Non-discrimination in employment, education, housing, and places of public accommodation, sure. Obvious.

But what else?

OK, I'm willing to grant them the right to have ages and races. Seems kinda obvious to me, like they should have those already, but I guess things are different in Canaduh.
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms protects a variety of rights, including freedom of expression, equality, and democratic rights.

Freedom of expression
Freedom of speech, thought, belief, and opinion
Freedom of the press and other media

Equality rights
Protection from discrimination based on race, sex, age, religion, disability, and more
The right to equal protection and benefits under the law

Democratic rights
The right to vote in elections and participate in government
The right to a democratic government
The right to live and work anywhere in Canada

Other rights
The right to life, liberty, and personal security
The right to a fair trial
The right to privacy
The right to an attorney
The right to not be subjected to cruel and unusual treatment or punishment

Which ones are trans lacking?

These are the obligation of the Feds

Provinces have their own too.
