BTW, they also (we are talking terrorist or terror states here, you know who I mean) do not have the capability to cause an EMP pulse over a very large area..........
Agree. What we are seeing now seems like just the beginning of the Karma.
( maybe its just me........but I find the torture , secret prisons, blatantly lying to invade a nation that was no threat, and other things we have seen .....just too barbaric for what I used to consider a modern, and humane nation. Wow.......was I ever wrong. )

Nature always strives to maintain balance. For every person that raises their consciousness, someone has to lower theirs. Yes, barbarism is on the rise but higher awareness is also. Soon there will be a chasm or rift between the two forces - the day of reckoning. Just make sure you are on the right side of the rift. A long time ago I realized that if you stand and watch a dinosaur dying, you may get killed as it thrashes about in its death throws. Walk away from the dinosaur. It is hard to do when we were brought up to be voyeurs.

What if it could be set up so that each crime-doer experiences the effects of their crime from the subjects points of view?
It would require investment and financing, hiring educated researchers, and would result in fewer spaces in prisons, and fewer jobs for guards, who could be hired the next day to do something better, because I know a guy who took a job as a prison guard and dropped out of university after he accidentally knocked up the girl he loved before they'd finished school.
What if it were possible for wires and visors and ear-pieces and maybe drugs to be put into a criminal for them to feel the effects of their crime subjectively as if they were the one getting it, in order to measure if they were truly psychopathic or just messed up.
It would save a fortune in the long run, plus it would save tonnes of wasted time.
Now that we have lots of south-Asians here, we'd have to include head-sets for the family, so they could feel that the perpetrator is feeling pain for his crime.
And while we're on the subject, what's more important: Let in immigrants by family because you're running away from a cheep sloppy disease infected country and your job is to get them out, or to be smart and worthy of entrance in order to build this civilization up?

If you can put a sattelite in space you can launch an EMP over USA. It can even be done by balloon. How hard would it be to launch a "stealth" balloon with bupkis for a radar signature? How hard do you think it really is to build a nuclear weapon if you have even just a few oz's of 238? Million dollar facilities or a well equipped technical high school? How about a place like Darra?
Even 3, 200 tonne highschool shop bombs could do enough damage to the electrical grid to kill 10 's of millions without a single person ever being killed by the explosions, radiation or fall out.
Our weakest link is our electrical grid and digital reliance on them controlling potentially lethal facilities.
