There is any number of issues with this story. He is such an idiot one could believe almost anything
However if you look at this in the light of day a few things appear a miss. I think Ford is likely to be
addicted to Kentucky Fried Chicken more than anything else.
In addition I would suspect he lost staff around him because from the beginning he has anger management
issues. But the cocaine story is a little out of the park here.
There is a story about something and when the participants even one ends up dead it raises the level of
interest. Looking at this through a clear lens I suspect he is not involved in cocaine use most obese people
are not. There is something going on with this dog and pony show though but what we don't know.

Welcome to modern media, even the Kardashians can be "famous".

Everybody is to blame for this nonsense, but that doesn't change the fact that Rob Ford isn't really in office to lead, he's there to entertain.

Aside from his conflict of interest issue, from what I've read, his time in office as mayor has been a job well done. He's had a couple falls, some clear substance abuse issues, but I gotta say.... big friggin' whoop! You'd have REALLY loved Ralph Klein.

Just about everything else has been 'after hours'. Personally, I don't think being the mayor of a city warrants having a tabloid like the Star following you around after hours, peeking in your windows, etc.

Is crack cocaine something one can "dabble" in or is that impossible?

Pretty hard to dabble. You can hide it a long time, especially if you have money. But if the Mayor of Toronto's got a habit, we'll all know pretty soon.

The article puts the person he was 'video taped' with as having been killed last March. That would make Ford's crack cocaine habit over a year old. He does not look like a person who's been smoking crack.

If only the media were educated in the way words work, things like the difference between 'died in March', and 'died last March'.

Not so much on Ralph, through most of his career he was half soused.

Maybe Rob Ford doesn't get fair press, but from what I've seen he's taken an "us versus them" approach to politics from the start, that's bound to make enemies for anyone. That seems to be his style is my point, he's cultivating a climate of conflict in Toronto politics and then crying "I'm being victimized" when people react.

You're a fool. The only "us vs. them" comes from the left in Ford's case. The Star just keeps on stirring the shjt, that's why it always smells at 1 Yonge Street.

Fair-minded people want proof before they condemn Mayor Ford

TORONTO - The impression that could be taken from some media reports was that someone in Mayor Rob Ford’s office was interested in tracking down the infamous “crack” video that may have resulted in someone being murdered.

And that the Toronto Police’s homicide squad wanted to talk to them about it.

It would be something out of Columbo — if true

This may explain why Rob Ford fired his chief of staff.

9 Things We Know -- And Don't Know -- About The Rob Ford Controversy

(A source close to the mayor's office told CBC News that Towhey was fired because he told Ford to "go away and get help." But this has not been independently confirmed, and Towhey has refused to make any public comment on the events.)

All I can say is the sooner this attention s1ut is gone from politics the better for Toronto and Canada.
