We are sang this live daily in Washington. His insane tweets are accelerating and uglier. When people around him are afraid of his unpredictable behavior and acting out revenge when confronted or opposed. there is a problem. When people around him feel compelled to defend him our of fear of his retaliation......there is a problem.When a leader is not capable of remorse, empathy , compassion ............there is a problem. When everything is about HIM............. and when each job he does has him as a benefactor directly or indirectly........there is a problem.IMHO

I couldn't gve two hoots about consensus. Most people thought the Earth was the center of the universe for a while. Guess what - they were wrong.
Right. When he lashes out without Congress input, there is no control pover how or when he lashes out. His orders of dropping bombs on Syria without Congressional input is a prime example of how impulsive and scary his actions can be. So I can't blame his staff for being tentative about rebelling against him. But they aren't doing the country any favours when they don't.

Well, I think THAT is true of a lot of politicians, I'd bet at least a 1/4 of them. It's not really all their fault because of overlapping philosophies of the various political parties. They ALL want to try to please ALL electorate.
