I think I understand, there Sweetie- Dow Jones is at record values and Employment is right up there too. I understand the philosophy being it has nothing to do with the President, BUT when it's other direction you don't want to hear the screaming! I love debating with you.
Simple and straight forward so even you well educated rocket scientists can understand. Maybe the Dems. version is to cryptic, because only a handful of people understand where the proof is?
The situation is obvious......to anyone who's brain has not been snatched.
The concerning thing is that so many don't even want to recognize that he did something wrong.........and blindly defend him..........Which is what he wants. History will not look kindly on the Trump republicans........as the US gets further along
It could go two wasy........the path of Trump where any and all unethical, questionably legal, and immoral behaviour is just fine by the POTUS............OR do a major correction course with some serious intelligence at the helm.
It is hard to believe taht so many literally go against the constitution, the law, and any ethical standards... and yet it happening in fron tof oureyes.
Trump's pathology has infested the brains of a lot of his followers. A larger manifestation than Jim Jones.........but the principle is the same. But Republicans........what has happened to them collectively is astonishing.......They have chosen to lose their individual identities and are now as one with Trump. That is how effective a sociopath can be
That was Jone's power and that is Trump power. Because so many are not all that well educated.......they are not able to see his behavior as dysfunctional........on multiple levels.
So much proof that Trump's popularity is rocketing up in swing states and the majority of US citizens don't want to impeach? Yep a real slam dunk there Hoidy toidy

WTF has Dow Jones got to do with anything? Up or Down, I honestly don't care and no I don't think it has anything to do with the President, at least, not as the only thing factoring into it. Stocks are not that simple
As for Employment... sure it's up; how many of that are full time jobs? How much of that increased employment is from workers only working that one job and not having to work multiple?
Same thing here in Canada; people having to work several jobs just to live does NOT a good economy make, IMO.

If the US citizens are getting more supportive of Trump.........then America has changed from a Republic to something unknown .......but leaning towards an authoritarian regime. They are defying the constitution and want to follow Trump into even more chaos.
The nations that used to rely on the US .....are left in uncertainly. Same with nations that used to collaborate effectively with the US........
The US has to make up it's little mind as to whether it wants have influence (positive) on the world stage or not..........so the rest of the world can adjust , make new alliances, and watch another nation emerge as a leading power. Trump's mental chaos and actions by extension of same........is crating havoc ........He has no respect for any other nation except the dictatorships. In turn the world no longer respects him.........and his fanatical followers. Heck......even Kim is more mature than trump. .......Trump is a hand grenade on the planet and it goes off each time he tweets or talks.He is TOXIC beyond description
But watch to see how far he will go to maintain power.........and those voting on the impeachment.......will have to choose between a vile ineffective person and their nation..... If they choose the man........they will be tainted for a long time in the future Those that vote to clear him........will define the direction of the US .....
Very few people work JUST to live anymore. "Just to live" means food, clothes, shelter and hydro. "Just to live doesn't include cars, boats and computers etc.

More people work 'just to live' than you know, obviously.
You also missed the point that the increase of employment is because of people needing more than one job, as full time, good paying jobs aren't the norm but are rare. Depending on where you live, you can't get a job like that, so you need two or three lower paying jobs just to live.
I don't know how old you are, but I'd guess I have 25 - 30 years on you and during my time on the planet people have never on average had as much as they do today. Sure due to drugs there are a lot at rock bottom, but that is a choice they made. The rest of us are doing fairly well by comparison to the way things were 60 years ago, when typically kids in school wore patched hand me downs when often the youngest kid in the family seldom wore a new piece of apparel. Just to eat in a restaurant two or three times a year was a luxury. You certainly didn't see many people with $1000 tattoos.
It's a different world today. But where has it got us? About 10 times the amount of mental illness today. Autism and Bi polar were unknown in the those day or at least not recognized. When I was in school there were three classifications Smart, Average and Dumb! Nice chatting with you, hope you are benefitting!
