The wrong-doer cannot believe

So in two sentences you go from "All people will believe except the wrong-doers", to "Most of people may not believe." Wow, talk about doing a complete 180 in 20 words or less. :lol:
If you think deeply, you will know it is a correct sentence: most people are corrupt and wrong-doers .. haters of the truth.
Most of people oppose the prophets and apostles .. in fact, the apostles prevail only by God's help .. that is by suppressing the idolaters and atheists and giving the apostles the upper hand.
So when I said: All people will believe except wrong-doers.
This is according to Prophet Mohammed word:
"All people will go to Paradise in Heaven except those who refuse!" Or as he said.
Therefore, "those who refuse" means those who refuse to believe and so consequently they will not go to Paradise .. these are the wrong-doers; because the wrong-doer will not be guided so as to believe.

Wrong-doers insist on disbelieving
The wrong-doer and transgressor: the trespasser of the rights of the poor and the weak among people, who does not observe the rights of orphans, widows, the parents and neighbors and does not give charity to the needy, the overproud with his wealth or position, the mocker of the truth and the religion of the truth ..
such one will not be guided by God .. and consequently will keep on the idolatry or atheism and will never believe and may increase in opposing God and His prophets.
This is obvious in the aya 17: 99 which means:
(Have they not seen that God Who created the heavens and the earth is Able to create the like of them?
Moreover He has appointed for them a term [after which they will die], of which there is no doubt; yet the wrong-doers refuse anything but to disbelieve [and deny the truth.])

There is a large number of the ayat of the Quran declaring the same notion: that the guidance is only according to God's leave, and that none can guide anyone unless God does guide that man.
Quran 18: 17, which means:
(Anyone whom God guides is the rightly guided [whom none can misguide];
but anyone whom [God] misguides, you will not find for him any patron to guide him [to the way of the truth.])

Therefore, a large number of the Quran ayat declare that none may be guided unless it is God That guides him, and that anyone whom God decides to be misguided, then none can guide such man, and that God does not guide the wrong-doer, the evil-doer and the disobedient and profligate.
So the duty of the messenger is only to convey the message to all people, and then only the God-fearing will respond, while the disbeliever will keep to his contumacy and arrogance.
Like this aya in the Quran 6: 33, which means:
(Surely, We know [the words] which they say [that you are mad, a sorcerer and a poet] grieve you [Mohammed],
but surely it is not you whom they disbelieve [within their hearts; because they know your truthfulness],
and [actually] the wrong-doers [among them] deny the revelations of God [because of their pride and stubbornness.])
So this aya clearly explains that the idolater knew Prophet Mohammed was truthful; but because of being wrong-doers, God did not guide them and then they denied God's revelations: the Quran.

God is the only One to decide His religion: it is the 'exclusive devotion to Him alone'. The trees and rocks obey God's law, while the disbeliever disobeys.

Had they not been the wrong-doers, they would not have said what they said .. and they would not have been misguided.
But what they have inside their souls .. the wrong-doing, the arrogance and stubbornness .. all this deceived them to be against God Almighty and against the great Islam: the religion of God and His apostle the noble Prophet Mohammed to whom the great Quran was revealed .. and they cannot say other what they said: because God has misguided and blinded them.
