Senate Judiciary panel's top Democrat calls for delay in Kavanaugh nomination after new allegation of sexual misconduct surfaces

The New Yorker magazine reported late Sunday that Debbie Ramirez, a Yale University classmate of Supreme Court nominee Brett M. Kavanaugh, accused him of exposing himself to her at a party when they were both first-year students. Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said in a letter Sunday night that the FBI should investigate the allegation.

In a statement issued by the White House, Kavanaugh denied the accusation and called it a smear, plain and simple.

Kavanaugh is scheduled to testify before the Senate on Thursday, as is Christine Blasey Ford, who has accused him of sexually assaulting her when they were in high school.

Yet, the FBI, after vetting Kavanaugh six times, never found any of these women.

Bill Cosby goes to sentencing this morning.

Literally dozens of woman came forward to accuse this guy of assault and it took years and years to convict a black guy of anything.

Two or 3 accusations against a white judge?

Another completely uncorroborated allegation 34 years in the invention. The only thing i believe is the quote from Kavanaugh's rooommate at Yale.. that he was aggressive and belligerant when drunk and liked to put ketchup on his steak.

Frankly he sounds like a lot of people i met in college. I was in the first wave of working class kids who entered college in the 70s. There was a clear divide between the traditional freshmen from privilege and affluence and us. They stuck to their cliques. I found them arrogant, superior, socially clueless. They were mean drunks and cheated at games. Some got sorted out and some didn't over the year.

Many things about Kavanaugh (including his choice of clerks) indicates to me he will be much more of a moderate in the image of Anthony Kennedy (for whom he clerked) than that of the intellectual moral champion of Anton Scalia. He is likely somewhere in between. Trump's next nominee is likely to come from his gut in which, frankly, i have more confidence than his head.

I'd warn the Dems and the Liberal Establisment that if Kavanaugh gets defeated or withdraws Trump will take a hard right turn on his next pick. The nominee be less cloistered, less naive, less peer deferential, more objective than process oriented and, an unabashed social conservative.

That's likely to be Hardiman or Kethledge (on his last shortlist). Both are far more in the image of Gorsuch than Kennedy. The Dems should be careful what they wish for. I think a lot of conservatives have some misgivings about Kavanaugh as another potential 'swing' vote and would welcome a more reliable Justice.

If Kavanaugh isn't confirmed before the mid terms Trump will not be able to get anyone through that does meet with the Dems approval.

That is why the big panic.

They need a GOP Yes Man

... or maybe you're wrong because you don't have any better quality information at hand than the rest of us have, despite what you might believe about yourself.

Kavanaugh Faces More Allegations

Montgomery County investigators confirmed they’re aware of another sexual assault complaint against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, the Montgomery County Sentinel reports.

“While investigators weren’t specific and spoke on background, they said they are looking at allegations against Kavanaugh during his senior year in high school after an anonymous witness came forward this weekend.”

“This would potentially bring the number to four women accusing Kavanaugh of wrongdoing.”

Stunning:
Dianne Feinstein Abuse VICTIM Speaks Out

I came across this stunning video from Sharyn Bovat in a random Adam Baldwin retweet - I owe them both a thank you. With Sharyn's permission I have mirrored her video here with the intention of increasing her reach.

Sharyn tells, in vivid detail, a disturbing account of a 1990 fundraiser for Dianne Feinstein in which she was sexually assaulted by one of Feinstein's illegal foreign donors and told by her Democrat mother that it was "her fault."

Sharyn - thank you again.
