If the incident happened then the people considering this man's appointment should know about it.

If he has lied about it, that would disqualify him from the bench.

Accuser’s Classmate Recalls Hearing About Sexual Assault

September 19, 2018 at 3:50 pm EDT By Taegan Goddard 173 Comments

Cristina Miranda King, a former schoolmate of Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser, wrote a Facebook post saying she recalls hearing about the alleged sexual assault involving Kavanaugh, NBC News reports.

Said King: “Christine Blasey Ford was a year or so behind me. I did not know her personally but I remember her. This incident did happen.”

She added: “Many of us heard a buzz about it indirectly with few specific details. However Christine’s vivid recollection should be more than enough for us to truly, deeply know that the accusation is true.”

13 Men, and No Women, Are Writing New G.O.P. Health Bill in Senate

WASHINGTON — The top Republican in the Senate, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, has a reputation as a shrewd tactician and a wily strategist — far more than his younger counterpart in the House, Speaker Paul D. Ryan.
So the Senate majority leader’s decision to create a 13-man working group on health care, including staunch conservatives and ardent foes of the Affordable Care Act — but no women — has been widely seen on Capitol Hill as a move to placate the right as Congress decides the fate of President Barack Obama’s signature domestic achievement.
But Mr. McConnell, with only two votes to spare, could find that the Senate’s more moderate voices will not be as easily assuaged as the House’s when a repeal bill finally reaches a vote. Republican senators like Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska and Bill Cassidy of Louisiana may prove less amenable to appeals for party unity and legislative success when the lives and health of their constituents are on the line.

The dog picture is in reference to this article. Men have no business deliberating on women's heath issues.

Don't worry. Grassley will see to it she can't testify. Because they're seeking truth.

What happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown Prep' comment missing from Kavanaugh transcript

by Jen Hayden, Daily Kos Staff

Jonathon Larsen of The Young Turks noticed something unusual in Brett Kavanugh’s Senate Judiciary Committee records: the comments he made during a 2015 speech about how “what happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown Prep” are not included in a transcript provided to the committee.

In the actual speech, as delivered in 2015 at the law school of Catholic University, Kavanaugh refers to Georgetown Prep's motto of being "men for others" and then says, "Three classmates of mine at Georgetown Prep were graduates of this law school in 1990 and are really, really good friends of mine: Mike Bidwill, Don Urgo, and Phil Merkle. And they were good friends of mine then and are still good friends of mine as recently as this weekend, when we were all on email together. But fortunately we had a good saying that we've held firm to to this day, as the dean was reminding me before the talk, which is, 'What happens at Georgetown Prep stays at Georgetown Prep.' That's been a good thing for all of us, I think."

The transcript submitted to the Judiciary Committee reads, "I attended Mater Dei and Georgetown Prep. Georgetown Prep's motto was to be 'men for others.' I have tried to live that creed. I am proud to say that three Georgetown Prep classmates of mine--Mike Bidwill, Don Urgo, and Phil Merkle--happen to be 1990 graduates of this law school. They remain very good friends of mine, and they well reflect the values and excellence of both Georgetown Prep and this law school."

The transcript appears in essay form, as it appeared in the Spring 2016 issue of the Catholic University Law Review. It does not appear to be a pre-existing essay, as it begins with Kavanaugh's remarks thanking the dean who introduced him. It's not clear why the transcript differs from Kavanaugh's remarks as he delivered them, or whether the transcript was generated by Kavanaugh or the school.

One has to look at out of what culture and inspiration this accuser is coming from. This happened 36 years ago and she never mentioned it to anyone until 2012. The impetus to that seemed to be a program of marital therapy with a marriage counselor meaning it was product of some psychological distress in the marriage. On top of that modern psychotherapy tends to 'mine' for suppressed trauma as the cause of depression, dysfunction or confusion. This has led in the last couple of decades to some notorious cases of 'recovered' memory that destroyed lives and families and were in the long run found to be fallacious; implanted or imagined fragments of memory that had no context or material evidence.

Christine Blasey Ford comes out of the California academic culture which is infused with feminism, racism (really race obsession and guilt), homosexuality, euthenasia, radical environmentalist (AGW), globalism (open borders) and virulent antipathy to Trump's form of moral, culturally homogeneous, constructive, nationalism. She seemed to be a prime target to be used as a weapon against Trump and especially his USSC nominee with the potential to overturn Roe v. Wade. Her handlers, her lesbian and feminist legal team, seemed ready packaged to promote an agenda.

Kavanaugh himself has no pattern or reputation of bullying or sexual harrassment. This is completely anomalous to his record. This came out of nowhere. I'm not so sure that something didn't happen. But after 30+ years memories become clouded and conform to subsequent prejudices. Individuals and details become mixed and transposed. Whatever she came up with as a definitive memory was first filtered through a subjective, therapeutic, emotional, ideological, political time warp.

This might or might not be true. Chances are its filled with half truths, inventions and lost conditions & connections. It cannot be investigated since it is at least partially a politically motivated work of fiction. It's time to press for the vote. Christine can have her soapbox to make her case if she wants it next Monday. Everyone will be listening. Then its time to present a recommendation to the full Senate. Despite my misgivings about Kavanaugh i'm quite sure he'll be confirmed.

I'm also quite sure that Christine won't testify because more political mileage can be gained if she assumes the pedastal of 'victim' of White, Male, Christian persecution of the women than if she doesn't. Which is where this came from in the first place.
A lot of truth in here , I am sure you are being persecuted right now . I will read further and see .

The Kavanaugh Allegation Process Is A Miscarriage Of Justice For Everyone

Kavanaugh categorically denies the allegations. Judge says he doesn’t recall any such event and that Kavanaugh didn’t behave that way. Another alleged party attendee named by Ford says he doesn’t recall such a party and that Kavanaugh didn’t behave that way.

The Senate Judiciary Committee has delayed the vote on whether to confirm Kavanaugh, reopened the hearings, and invited both Kavanaugh and Ford to speak to the matter. Kavanaugh has agreed but Ford says she won’t testify
