Ah, so smoking and ingesting or inhaling other pollutants doesn't matter. It's just eating and exercising that determines health. lol
I don't recall making any comment on smoking or inhaling other pollutants.
lol... you said 'all a person needs for health is good food and exercise'. She was picking on the wording (it made me laugh too). Because obviously health is decided by other factors too.
OK- I'm still pretty much correct- you don't "need" smoking and other pollutants.............................:lol::lol:
No, if you think it's 'all' you need, you're sorely mistaken. You also need to have perfect genetics. You need to not be exposed to viruses or bacteria that can damage your body or genetics. You need to never suffer an injury.
There's a LOT more that you need than just to eat well and exercise. lol.
Yep, genetics plays an important role alright, but it's also an aspect there is absolutely nothing you can do anything about. Unfortunately some people just have a weak makeup and that's sad. But for the rest of us if we eat a healthy diet and get some strenuous exercise and do everything else in moderation we'll probably live a fairly healthy life. NOw that's not to say a comet won't fall out of the sky and land on our head.
Tenderizing, too, I bet.Well, it's one way to intensify the flavour!
There's nothing like munching down on an ammonia cured, Easy-Off flavored burger alright. It makes for a hell of a tasty meat. And you all seem to think I'm joking. 8O
lmao I was just teasing you, JLM. You said, "All a person needs for health is good food and exercise", leaving out other factors affecting health. lol If life would be just so simple as exercising and eating properly.I don't recall making any comment on smoking or inhaling other pollutants.
Coffee and cigarettes are healthy. That's the headline I'm waiting for. It can't be long now cough.

Here's the opener of an interesting article on Coffee...

"If coffee were harmful, then every morning emergency rooms around the world would be choked with people suffering the ill effects of our favorite breakfast beverage. Of course, this isn't the case. Coffee is not harmful. On the contrary, I consider it to be a health food, and hundreds of studies bear this out."
