My research can only result in The Honourable Chester Arthur, 21st President of the United States, but he only served one term.

Points for trying!

Andrew Jackson was born at sea, as his parents were emigrating to the British North America from Ireland.

That is according to my history prof.........Old Hickory's birth in the USA is a construct....

Let's see if we can set the conspiracy folks out on that one!

Call Mulder! Call Scully!

Obviously, if he were found to have been born in Kenya, his ascension to the post of President was fraudulent, and he would be impeached. That is what the Congress is for......

But first the idiot "Birthers" have to prove he was born in Kenya, which will not happen.

BTW, there was a President that served two full terms that was not born in the USA......and was not qualified to hold the post. Anyone know who?????

why shouldn't obama have tp prove he WAS born in the good ol' us of g.....which we all know isnt going to happen..........what is there to hide if he is a ceptic tank?

Obama agrees to cover up Israel's nukes: report

Tags: ISRAEL
In a meeting with, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu obtained President Obama's guarantee that the White House would continue a 4-decade-old secret deal to allow Israel keep a nuclear arsenal without opening it to international inspections, The Washington Times reported on Friday quoting officials familiar with the matter.
"The president gave Israel an NPT treaty get out of jail free card," said a Senate staffer speaking on the condition of anonymity. "What this means is that the president gave commitments that politically he had no choice but to give regarding Israel's nuclear program."

Webmaster's Commentary:
This is a critically important move, because it absolutely pulls the rug out from any possible true non-proliferation in the Middle East.
You cannot talk about non-proliferation with a straight face while Israel maintains a sizable nuclear arsenal.
And secondly, this "dispensation" by Obama, and other presidents before him, is illegal, according to the statutes of the Symington Amendment, which states in no uncertain terms that the US shall provide no aid to countries which develop nuclear weapons, and refuse to sign the NPT.
Israel has nuclear weapons; there is nothing "alleged" about it, and there is no ambiguity. As reported in
Calls for Olmert to resign after nuclear gaffe | World news | The Guardian
"Israel's prime minister, Ehud Olmert, was yesterday trying to fend off accusations of ineptitude and calls for his resignation after he accidentally acknowledged for the first time that Israel had nuclear weapons.
"After decades in which Israel has stuck to a doctrine of nuclear ambiguity, Mr Olmert let slip during an interview in Germany that Israel did indeed have weapons of mass destruction."
'He told Germany's Sat.1 channel on Monday evening: "Iran, openly, explicitly and publicly, threatens to wipe Israel off the map. Can you say that this is the same level, when they are aspiring to have nuclear weapons, as America, France, Israel and Russia?" '
So there you have it, right out of the mouth of Israel's former Prime Minister.
Even former President Jimmy Carter has confirmed this, as reported in:
Jimmy Carter says Israel had 150 nuclear weapons - Times Online
"Israel has 150 nuclear weapons in its arsenal, former President Jimmy Carter said yesterday, while arguing that the US should talk directly to Iran to persuade it to drop its nuclear ambitions."
So the bottom line here is that Obama continues to lie about the absolute reality of Israel's nuclear arsenal so that US checks and military aid keep flowing to Israel
...while US infrastructure crumbles, and homeless Vets sleep on our streets.
Obama agrees to cover up Israel's nukes: report

Stretch, correct me if I am wrong, but aren’t you an Australian? Why should Obama have to prove anything to you? For that matter, why should he have to prove anything to the birthers?

Exactly kakato, Obama filed his papers properly and got elected. Now he doesn’t have to prove anything to anybody. It is up to birthers to prove that he is not a US citizen. Besides as I said, no amount of proof will convince birthers anyway. They just want Obama out of office. If it had not been the birther conspiracy, there would have been something lese.

I think there are currently two birth certificates from Kenya floating around among the birthers. But not even all the birthers are convinced that they are genuine. WorldNetDaily thinks that they are both forgeries.

Birthers have to agree among themselves which one they are going to call genuine (both are forgeries, of course) and then try to convince others of its authenticity.

Obama has/had to prove where he was born before they would let him run for President, is everybody here dense or something. Poof has been submitted and dealt with. Now if somehow it was shown that all that was a phony and Obama was created, then you have a argument, and if your right will they let you live with that knowledge.

Regardless of where he was born, he is still the least prepared and least ready person in United States history to serve in the highest office in the land.

In fact, among the four Presidential and Vice-Presidential candidates he was the least qualified.

No executive experience.
Never had to meet a payroll.
Lost without a teleprompter.

Those and more, far too numerous to mention, are his qualifications.

Now, let's look at his results/accomplishments:

Trillions of debt, dwarfing whatever Bush ever did.
Inability to enact Health care in spite of total control of both chambers of Congress.
Total and spectacular failure to bring the Olympic Games to Chicago.
Disrespect, world-wide, in spite the 10 month "apology tour".
Less respect from Iran than Jimmy Carter ever had.
Pathological desire to be loved: i.e. hymns to his glory in Kindergartens.
Never a mirror he did not love.

Etc. etc.

The fact that there are still some people who don't see this fraud as the biggest con man in history is astonishing.

You have a point there, there is no controlling authority. Who decides if he is eligible to be the President?

*********************

Other than that, I don’t see who else can decide it. Courts get involved in everything, so I assume courts would have the authority to decide. But seeing that Supreme Court refused to get involved (birthers have already filed several cases with the Supreme Court and lost), I don’t’ see that happening.
Exactly.

The U.S. Supreme Court has a long tradition of standing down from the internal affairs of coordinate branches and State governments. That is why the U.S. has what's commonly called "separation of powers". In a Parliamentary country like Canada the functioning executive (as opposed to the GG exercising "reserve" powers) sits in Parliament so it's closer to being a unitary government than ours. Here, in general, the separate branches keep their mitts off each other.

In his partial defense, the debt is the result of a sever financial market meltdown. As far as health care, in the U.S. the President does not "control" Congress. The party discipline is far weaker, there being no "whipping" mechanism.
Disrespect, world-wide, in spite the 10 month "apology tour".
Less respect from Iran than Jimmy Carter ever had.
Pathological desire to be loved: i.e. hymns to his glory in Kindergartens.

Spot on.

He certainly is a fraud. Maybe Bernie Madoff was a bigger con man, though.

You just can't stand the fact that a black man was elected as president, can you, YJ?

The fact that there are still some people who don't see this fraud as the biggest con man in history is astonishing.

Some people? According to polls, Obama’s approval rating is still above 50%, that is more than 150 million Americans. And since we haven’t seen Rasmussen poll plastered all over the forum for a long time now, it is a safe bet that it is holding steady or perhaps even rising. If it had been falling, conservatives would have gleefully plastered the news all across the forum.

What is the approval rating of Joan of Arc? Is it in 30s? 20s? teens?

"You just can't stand the fact that a black man was elected as president, can you, YJ?"

SirJosephPorter, you are an apt pupil of Jenine Garafalo. When there is no valid defense of your argument, resort to the battle-cry of losers: RACISM.

I had no problem with Supreme Court Justice Clerance Thomas. A black man.
No problem with the first black, female Security Advisor, Condolleeza Rice.
No problem with the first black Secetary of State, Colin Powell.
No problem with Michael Steele as the first black president of either major parties.
No problem with the first black female Secretary of State, Condolleeza Rice.

Note that ALL of the above were under a "racist" Republican President.

No problem, whatsoever, with Bill Cosby. Or Dr. Thomas Sewell. Or Juan Williams.

I have problems with Obama opposing the run for New York Governor of a fellow black man.
I have a problem with the fact that this is not the first time Democrats similarly opposed other blacks to succeed.
I have a problem with Democrats summarily dismissing any black Republicans/conservatives as house Negroes and Uncle Toms. Can you mention just ONE case wherer Republican demeaned blacks in similar fashion?

I would have absolutely no problem with Obama being President, if I know for sure that ACORN did not register a million or so voters, dead or alive, existing or not in Obama's favour.

I have no problem with the colour of his skin, because I DO honour, unlike you and your ilk, the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

But I have problem with the fact that he is the most undeserving and unqualified pretender, who hijacked the Presidency with inane and childish slogans that appealed to the simple-minded.

I think some peeps cant get over the fact that a black guy is the leader of the most powerfull country in the world.

The voters spoke,get over it.

Thats it in a nut shell,Racism is alive and well in the good old USA.
Had these complacent neo cons gone to vote in sufficient numbers the results might have been different,in less than 4 years they'll have their oportunity to make their own change, that is if they can spare time out of their daily routine of bitching and complaining on every public forum in the land to actually go and vote.
Another personal observation it seems the people who have the most financially are the ones complaining the most on most forums:-?

First of all, it takes an idiot of spectacular proportions to refer to a current day, non-Catholic secular ex-politician by the name of a 15th century Catholic Saint.

Secondly, once, perhaps an innocent mistake or a very lame attempt to humour.

But repeatedly, with childish glee, well, you draw you own concusions of the mental state of such a one.

Sarah Palin just sold a book, for advance sales that Obama could only dream of.

Palin's current approval ratings mean bugger all. She is not the President. But Obama should be increasingly worried about his, and justifiably so.
