I don't know about Ezra and Rick, But I've heard it straight from Bill Maher in an interview. She used to be a regular on Politically Incorrect.

Hardly the same plain. Michael Coren is outspoken about his opposition to the war in Afghanistan. He has championed the rights of poor people. He was critical of Mike Harris in regard to dust ups with educators. Just because Coren is a Christian and a Conservative you should look beyond that because he is actually multi-layered in his stances.

A few years ago I was invited to appear on his show after I criticized him in a column I wrote. He didn't invite me because he wanted to ambush me, but because he is actually a pretty descent guy who will entertain opinions he does not necessarily agree with.

He may have some journalistic credibility but I just don't like the guy. I've heard him thump the bible and that kind of taints my view of him.

I`ve chosen NOT to watch any of the videos. I`ve heard brief speeches from her before, that was enough for me to know that I do not agree with her views. In fact I detest the way she chooses to parlay her views and the manner in which she speaks. My opinion and I`m entitled to it.

Having said that, what U of O did and the manner in which they did it, was very wrong. A university is NOT a place where any open discourse should ever be discouraged!

I may not like what she has to say, but she has every right in the world to say it.
