again......it is a matter of "how" this is handled, and evidence that the Brits really do have what it takes as a character within its people. "true grit" Brit style. Balance and a proper perspective. Having the parade as planned, the queen in an open car .......sends a much more powerful message than bombs do. What the US has failed to do is recognize that "terrorism" is also psychological "warfare". Saying be vigilent .but go on with your lives " sends a contradictory message. ( the vigilent part is understood)
Spain was smart too in how it handled 3-11
