Well I think we are going to see some changes in the British government soon. Now the people there are still in shock as were the people of the USA after 9/11. However, when the dust settles, they are going to ask very tough questions. It may lead to Blair resignation. Only my humble thoughts since I am not welcome into the psychologist's home.

I think there could be some changes in Britain too. The Brits are already unhappy with the lying that took place......and this travesty might just be the straw that breaks the camels back.....so to speak. The Brits value accountability a lot more than the US does. They also value credibility. (something the US doesn't anymore. They are not as easily fooled as americans are . Gullible, they are NOT )

(mog: not to worry about being unwelcome in said "psychologist's " home. Don't think you WANT to be invited ..

What was your final conclusion on the topic Vanni :?

Well...I suggested that al Qaeda is a logical extension of the CIA trained Mujahedeen from Afghanistan, who, since the fall of the Soviet Union, had accepted a new mission for the United States...they were now to act in the role of a global terror network, in order to be a catalyst for US/Middle East expansion...but that they are still working for the CIA and the US government.

It's amazing how the attacks, the Bin Laden leads, and even the capture of Saddam were all impeccably timed so as to be politically expedient, and of utmost advantage to the US government.

So, whereas al Qaeda may now be a thriving terror network, those that are commanding the troops are all ex-Mujahedeen, pals of the CIA, and tools of the US government.

The rest has been diversion after diversion, until no one knows what the hell to think anymore...

Well, my co-worker believes that the US must have done something to instigate the attacks on 911...and that the attacks will continue until whatever was broken is fixed...he didn't comment too much on what I had said, or the veracity of the US government and media's portrayal of al Qaeda...so he either accepted it, or thought I was full of shit...I didn't get an opportunity to ask which...

questions that come to mind. IF they were "suicide" bombers.......where are their bodies??? Have not heard any mention of this....... has anyone else??

Sounds like it was more likely bombs detonated by remote.....and on timers.

so that would dispell the idea of "suicide" bombers.

I thought it had been established that they were most likely planted explosives, and that they were likely triggered with cell phones...that's the last I heard on the matter anyway...

heard that too....... so again, "suicide" bombers is not accurate or appropriate. as in no suicides , just murder.

That's the latest I've heard too. I' ve heard fom my aunts in England..They and all my cousins are safe. They don't live in lodon, but often travel there on business or pleasure. In the midst of all that's terrible, I give my thanks for small miracles.

...On an Unrelated note...I wonder what this will do to gas prices?

And, BTW, it is not the norm in the US or Canada for people to mistreat animals. They go to jail, or they are fined. In Iran, it is acceptable. It's normal. That's the difference.

 Boy, you really haven't been to any rural areas have you? Even in the suburbs it happens. (don't get me going on Edmonton)

ANYWAYS yes, you can be charged, usually fined for that in North america but it's hardly enforced or reported at all. As I mentioned before in the Maritime area, even on pei the laws are nil for pet abuse here, the only laws that protect animals here are for domestic farming animals.

Geez there's enough dehumanization to the precieved enemies already, no need to go adding any more old wives tales to it eh?

Sorry, but you would not be welcome in my house. I have a right to feel safe in my house, in my neighborhood, in my city, and in my country. Middle Easterners make me nervous. My ancestors built this country and made it what it is today, and yours did not. I do not invite strangers into my house, and I have never terrorized any one in my life.

I bet any Indian feels the same way about you too. For a cog-native Psycologist you've sure fell for your own game. Another victim of the Wizards first Rule.

What causes some to turn to terrorism is upbringing - nuture

let's follow that premise for a bit.

How many siblings does OBL have??? Quite a number , if I recall correctly. Here is a family that did not want for much.....financially etc. How come one member of this family turned to terrorism , while the remaining did not??? What made him different from the rest??? Interested in your assessment.

You are asking the impossible, and you know it. OBL had many siblings with many different mothers. Let's prove my point that this is an impossible question by giving a smaller example.

Remember Albert Einstein? He had two sons. One because a hydraulics engineer and a professor. His younger brother spent most of his life in a psychiatric institution for schizophrenia.
Same mother and father. What made them so different? Impossible to say. That's your answer.

So are you saying it is hard for you to understand me. I am an Arab, a Muslim, and an mmigrant to Canada. I am not a terrorist nor I beat dogs with 4x2.

As for the psychological differences between you and I is of no importance when it comes to attacking me or me attacking you. I believe if I come to your house and invade it you will terrorize me anyway you will be able to.

Sorry, but you would not be welcome in my house. I have a right to feel safe in my house, in my neighborhood, in my city, and in my country. Middle Easterners make me nervous. sorry, you just did "terrorize" by being prejudiced , and verbally being rejecting. However, it is your choice. Personally, I would never even want to "meet" someone like this (yourself , with this attitude)....... and if I did.....it would be in polite passing. Nothing more.

Oh hum. Don't worry, you won't pass within 4,000 miles of my house.

For one thing, you need to look closely at what Mog said:
"I believe if I come to your house and  invade it you will terrorize me anyway you will be able to."

Well, come right on in and invade me - sure. Yeah right. You could see more clearly if you'd take you nose out of Mog's arse and clean your reading spectacles.

Be nice. I'm an old lady.

I was just giving you an example that if i go and invade your house you will fight me back with whatever you can. Anything wrong there.

As for Ocean Breeze having her nose in my arse i would have to disagree. She is a very intelligent women on her own.

As for an apology, why would anyone apologize to you. You insulted me big time and you owe me an apology.

Thanks Ocean. Would you like to have one of your own? I would love to make you one.

As for California, I think our friend the psychologist is having dementia, or getting confused where the attacks happened. I am glad I am not his/her patient. He/she might try to treat my hemorrhoids on my second visit.
