Wrong, but thanks for playing. Evolution does not "have to do" with strengthening anything. It is a random process. Some mutations increase survival, some do not. And even those that do increase survival only under current conditions. Even a relatively small change in conditions can turn a pro-survival mutation into an anti-survival mutation.
