Currently a court case is being heard in Toronto, involving 3 cops who are alleged to have sexually assaulted a female parking officer in a hotel and the case is not going well for the female- which has idiot cop haters and muddle headed Femin-nazi type females in a tizzy! Sadly the case is standing on its merits and as it has none- it is not working out as LIE-beral minded knucklehead desire!
Such evidence as has been revealed to the public is this: That the woman- a parking enforcement officer- voluntarily went out for a night of heavy drinking with 3 cops. Then one of the cops slipped away to a local hotel and rented a room while his pals and woman closed the bar.
Instead of saying good night and going home, the woman hopped into a taxi and was whisked off with the 2 cops to the hotel and here is where it gets messy! The law exists for the purpose of protecting you from being forced into bad situations- it DOES NOT exist to protect you from your own stupidity! This broad went to a hotel with 2 guys instead of saying good night and going home. My old Granny would have some harsh things to say about a loose living broad who went out to a bar with a bunch of guys. What she would say about a broad who voluntarily went to a hotel at 2 am with 2 guys would be outright pungent!
The woman accuser is supposed to be an adult in the law enforcement business- not a hot house flower whose only contact with the world was as a Girl Guide selling cookies under adult supervision! As mentioned, the law protects you from being FORCED to make bad choices- it DOES NOT protect you from being a FOOL!
The broad says she was so drunk she could hardly stand or speak- yet the only piece of security video available shows her getting out of a taxi and standing with one cop while the other pays off the driver, NO apparent problem with standing, no staggering visible, no clinging to guys or car fenders or pillars for support. She just stands calmly, waiting; which suggests she was there voluntarily and that she was NOT too drunk to comprehend what was happening. And in any case, being a drunken idiot is no defense! You cannot spend the night in a bar- literally drinking Canada Dry and then get into your car and drive drunk and crash it and then stagger out of the wreck and blame the LAW for not stopping you from being an idiot! The law says it was YOUR choice to be a stupid drunk and so it is with this broad and her alleged rape at the hotel!
She apparently went willingly to the hotel room- certainly no hotel staff reported her screaming in terror or trying to flee the scene! So what went wrong once she got to the room? Was she willing to have sex with one or two guys and got blind sided by the third guy- who was already in the room -unknown to her till later?
There has been no testimony suggesting the 3 cops threatened her. There is no medical report of bruising or other injuries which would suggest she was truly forced to comply. One has to ask if she simply changed her mind about dealing with 3 colleagues from work after the fact? Did she simply come to regret her rash behaviour?
As we know, some men have a double standard about women- we all like a lewd and lusty broad who will feed our fantasies and make us feel good. But some guys cannot resist calling a truly willing woman a slut and maybe that`s what happened? Maybe the guys offended an otherwise willing woman and with their careless lack of diplomacy, turned her against them? If that is what happened then we are not talking about a criminal attack but are merely considering the lack of diplomacy of 3 horny goofs who apparently enjoyed spending the evening with the woman but lacked the good manners to keep her on their side-in good humour?
The 3 cops are going to get off because the case against them is a lot of “he said/she said” crap that proves NOTHING! In spite of decades of interference with our legal system, knucklehead LIE-berals still have failed to completely remove the burden of logic and PROOF from our judicial system! Politically correct nonsense does not eliminate the need to make sound choices and getting angry over being called a slut while being drunk in a hotel room and crying `rape` in revenge is simply a foolish choice!
Some drunken broad says a crime was committed? Okay, give us your proof? So far all we have been shown is that some cops like a threesome or foursome and that some broad s drink too much and then whine about idiot choices after the fact- and that cop haters want to blame the system THEY CREATED because it will refuse to crucify 3 horny guys without sound and logical evidence!
This is not a failure of the legal system, rather, it is a failure of logic and responsibility on the part of a drunken woman who does not understand that the law cannot protect you from being a fool nor can it later un-do bad choices voluntarily made!
As my old Granny would say: “ a woman who goes out late at night to a hotel room with a man who is not her hubby, will be judged in a certain fashion and this woman IS being judged and is now whining about it! The stuffy old rules were in place specifically to PROTECT women and it is women and LIE-berals who have dismantled the traditional protections- without putting any honest or effective substitute in place. And femin-nazi types will whine about the failure of justice when the guys are acquitted through lack of evidence!
The worst of it is that this trial is taking place against a back drop of clogged courts were dangerous criminals are being RELEASED with charges dropped because courts cannot offer a trial in a reasonable time frame! There was a guy accused of first degree murder released in Ottawa the other day- with SIX MORE accused murderers released across the country due to the lack of court space!
What is more important to the public: putting away a guy who committed first degree murder, or listening to some drunk broad whine about the lack of respect and courtesy her work colleagues showed her one stupid evening? We know what LIE-berals consider most important but does the public- other than those who expect to be PAID to support LIE-berals, agree with the choices being made?

So we have all seen the video that came out on Friday July 8/16-some poor black guy in the States-slumped over in a car while his girl friend-with a surprisingly calm demeanor-tells the cop: “sir, you just shot his arm off and I hope he ain’t dead”. And I have to say it is CHEAP ASS GOVT that is to blame for this shooting!
The car-with woman driving and guy as passenger was pulled over by a LONE cop just doing his job-checking out a car with busted headlight. It’s a part of what cops are ORDERED to DO-they make sure that cars on the road are SAFE to operate! And the poor cop walked into a MESS NOT of his making.
Does anybody remember the fuss that was made in Toronto some years back when OUR cops went over to those very costly TWO MAN patrol cars? TWO cops are SAFER than one-and SO IS THE PUBLIC! How is one cop supposed to search one subject while also keeping a close eye on a possibly armed and dangerous second suspect? Does anybody remember WHY Toronto cops went to TWO MAN cars?
Picture a Toronto cop up there on a deserted and isolated stretch of Langstaff Drive-it’s a Saturday night and the cop is responding to a burglar alarm in the darkness of the deserted- for the weekend industrial area. And after 30 minutes of no response to repeated radio calls, another cop is sent to investigate-and he finds the first cop face down in the snow-shot with his own gun! And NO suspect was ever charged with the unsolved murder.
And six months later TWO cops are responding to another burglar alarm in the same area and as they arrive-two suspects flee into the night in opposite directions and the cops split up and pursue-with one cop cornering his suspect against a chain link fence-with a stolen VCR in hand. Its spring and the ground is muddy and in the process of arresting the suspect, the cop slips and the gun goes off and bullet strikes the black guy in the hip.
Its an accident of course-such things happen when you are running around in the dark with a loaded gun-which cops MUST have for their security especially as a cop had been MURDERED six months previous in pretty much that exact spot!
But the special tragedy of this shooting is that the guy who got shot in the hip was simply killing time while WAITING FOR NBA TRAINING CAMP TO OPEN! And now he has a permanent LIMP! Yes-the stupid NIGGER had been accepted to try out for the NBA in a few months time! A couple of good years with NBA and the dumb bastard could have BOUGHT the company that MADE the damned VCR and now-as a result he is crippled! What kind of ****ing moron takes that sort of risk to steal a VCR when all he has to do is wait a few months and the world will be at his feet?
Or the other Toronto example-two niggers out joy-riding in a stolen car-a two door model- in the famous Jane/Finch area. And they spot some pals-a guy and his girlfriend walking down the street and pull over and offer a ride. Guy and girl get in the back of the stolen car that they will later tell cops they DID NOT KNOW THEIR FRIENDS HAD STOLEN-and off they go-with the two car thieves sitting up front.
And the numbskulls breeze through a radar trap-there is a little chase and they get pulled over by a single cop. The cop approaches the driver side door and suddenly the two nigger thieves bolt-doors flung open and front passenger can get out easily but driver cannot as cop has reacted and pushed back the door. Confusion reins-guys screaming, girl shrieking-the dumb broad and her boy pal in back of the two door car have clued in that they don’t want to be found in the car and are struggling to get out as well. The cop is playing `wack a moll` with doors opening and closing and people struggling and he pulls his gun-not knowing what he is dealing with or if he will be attacked.
Driver turns and tries to scramble out passenger door and guy in back is trying to get out the same way when cop comes round to slam that door shut-there is a shoving match and cops gun fires-and the single bullet strikes the girlfriend-the last remaining person in the car-it’s a serious wound from which she will eventually recover. And of course there is a big kerfuffle with stupid niggers whining about trigger happy cops.
And our CRAVEN COWARD politicians want to appease the niggers! The cop was just doing his job. Those speed limit laws and “please don’t steal that car” laws exist for a REASON! And MOST of us more or less understand why!
The truth is that way too many LONE cops have been injured or killed when they faced off against multiple suspects and it is for this reason that govt started to set up TWO MAN CARS! But that was then and this is now and we are STONY BROKE-both Cdns and Yankees. Our shameless govt NEEDS every penny to BUY votes to ensure their re-election! There is NO money for more cops. There is NO money to do a more thorough search at the border to reduce the number of smuggled guns. There is no money to put really dangerous criminals in jail for a LONG time-like till they are too old and slow and senile to be a threat! And there is certainly no money for two man patrol cars-that IDEA HAS DIED in spite of the safety and security value of it!
As long as lone cops are sent out to deal with multiple suspects there will continue to be these tragic and TERROR MOTIVATED shootings! For a lone cop it’s a case of better shoot first in the confusion and be safe and sorry than DEAD in a ditch!
Two cops can deal with MULTIPLE suspects with one cop searching for and removing weapons and the other cop standing guard to ensure there will be no sudden movements! But one cop alone with multiple suspects is going to be fearful and trigger happy- for his own safety! And people will die-or get their arm shot off while lone cops try to do the work of TWO!
My absolute favorite `what was he thinking` story is this one: An Oshawa Ont track star was wanted by police but-being quick-cops could not catch him. Cue the canine unit-cop spots the guy walking on the street and calls him over-guy speeds off and cop shrugs and lets out the dog.
Dog quickly catches comparatively not so speedy felon and has him down-snarling and ripping at the guys pant leg-when the 15 year old younger brother of the felon spots this situation and pulls out his piece and FIRES A WARNING SHOT INTO THE AIR-to warn the cop to call off the dog or its going to get shot. And now the cops has TWO pea brained felons to deal with. And there is another real good reason why citizens are getting shot with increasing frequency by cops-the brainless doorknobs don’t have the sense to deal intelligently with cops any more!
Blame it on fluoridated water? Blame it on drugs? Blame it on fetal alcohol syndrome? Blame it on bad parents? Blame it on crappy schools? Blame it on vote buying-ass kissing LIE-berals and hug a thug judges? Whatever the reason-the younger generation too often become drooling idiots when faced with a cop simply doing his job! And people are dying because they don’t know how to behave while being detained for some good reason!
If think you the problems of your life can best be sorted out with LIE-beral aid then you have more and larger problems than you realize!

Trooper John Neal, 55, was on assignment in New Orleans Feb. 11 when he spotted a reported stolen car at Almonaster Boulevard and Louisa Street in Gentilly, according to a news release sent by spokeswoman Trooper Melissa Matey. When he tried to confront the passengers, a 19-year-old man jumped out and ran away, according to the State Police investigation.
Additional troopers in the area caught the fleeing suspect two blocks away near Louisa and Powhattan streets. One of the troopers present on the scene told detectives that Neal arrived a short time later, walked towards the teenager who was handcuffed and lying facedown on the ground, and kicked him in the head, according to State Police.
Neal then picked up the victim, walked him to a nearby patrol unit and smashed his head into the rear window causing it to shatter, police said. The alleged battery was captured on surveillance video in addition to body cameras worn by Neal and another trooper, the agency said.

AS for who the liar is-- a whole lot of people SAW the video footage of a car with two occupants being stopped. And the GUY SAID ON VIDEO- WITH CLEAR AUDIO that he was armed!
And all three sat or stood frozen trying to figure a way out and not seeing one-until the guy moved FOR THE GUN-probably to hand it to the cop would be my guess- and the freaked out cop fired.
Now you should understand that I have been in just such a position-a random car stop- just a long haired young guy doodling along in an old station wagon with a couple of people laying sleeping in the back- out of sight!
And ther cop pulls me over and I know-because I am a good guy even if I didn't really look it- that it was some sort of screwup. So I got out of the car so he cou.d see me and fished for license and registration-had the papers IN HAND when the cop hauled out his gun like Jesse James on the train and pointed that nasty chunk fo steel at my chest-3 ft range-one wrong move and that's it.
So I am a white guy and I don't know what the problem is but my rights WILL kick in if I am patient and my rights don't mean shit if he shoots me b y mis-understanding. So I don't move-not a muscle-just wait while he works it out.
And all that trouble and the scary moment? Cop saw 3 pairs of skies on roof rack and only one guy in the car and he is UNDER ORDERS from the local businesses to CATCH ski thieves- so he fogured he would ask about all those skiis I was carrying- and it sounds so simple doesn't it?
Problem is, when I pulled the car over and got out, it awakened the others and they sat up and cop thought he was being ambushed and panicked. And I figure its hard to blame the guy- that look of pure terror on his face when his eyes cut to the shadows in the car was not a nice thing to see. |But-and this is what you will not understand nor wish to consider- the cop WAS within HIS rights to pull the gun that night!

I SAID the COP was alone and the girl driving the car had an ARMED boyfriend IN the car with her and the reason the cop shot the boy friend is because the COP was scared s**tless when the boyfriend REACHED for the gun without getting permission. Your foolish and deliberate lies do you no credit little T-gurl!
AS an observer of the video I suspect the boy friend was probably harmless and was INTENDING simply to pull out the gun and hand it over to the cop! Unfortunately, telling a scared cop that you are armed and then reaching for the piece while the cop is trying to figure out how to handle you and the second suspect is CLEARLY a BAD MOVE! So the point that I am trying and obviously failing to hammer into your solid rock head is this: when a cop pulls a gun on you its best NOT TO MOVE! That way you can live-as I did -to tell the story later to liitle T-gurls like you, who are so poisoned in the mind they deliberately MISS the whole point that a cop is backed by the full weight of OUR law and CAN LEGALLY shoot you if you scare the crap out of him!

Oh...and IF there was a second cop he NEVER appeared in the video- and it was shot from the drivers side of the car. In addition there was ONLY one cop gun reported to have been fired. What you need to understand T- gurl is nobody cares if you muddy the waters if you piss in it first!
Yanez was there with his partner. Diamond Reynolds was not driving the car, Philando Castile was.
