Of course, it's her fault. No big surprise coming from you. I suppose if your wife or daughter is ever raped or violated you'll be blaming them.
What does one have to do with the other?
If they were for hubby you would take them, send them, and erase them from 'the camera'. The bigger creep than the snoopy kid is the one who sent a note with the pics. That is the one who needs to be found and taken off the street.

CHARLESTON, S.C. - A 16-year-old South Carolina high school student was arrested on Friday on charges that he had distributed nude photos of a teacher that he copied surreptitiously from her cellphone
and some at 33. ;)

Disrespectful brat!

In other words, If they were raped, it would be their fault.

Geez Gerry, you must have heard of cases where it was all their fault for showing too much skin!

In other word, if they were raped, they would have done everything in their power, to prevent it from happening, minimizing the chances of it happening.

There is a thing called negligence Gerryh, and once you have been as due diligent as you can be, only then can you call something a accident.

It's not as clear cut black and white simple as you make it out to be.

Is it a " accidents" if it could have been Prevented?

I think that everyone needs to assume themselves.

Or is being negligent and never assuming responcibility for taking as many risk as possible the best way to live Gerryh?

She shouldn't be taking nude photos of herself then.

Keep you clothes on, love, then none of this would happen.

I guess if she left her purse in the classroom, the kids would be right to steal her money.

That's what I mean, it's not black and white like that.

As wrong as stealing is, you have to assume some responsibility for leaving your purse lying around.

It's called being due diligent.

This isn't exactly rocket science! Of course the kids would be wrong for stealing the money, but she'd be just as wrong for being stupid! :)

When it comes to things of a sexual nature, yes, it is clear cut and black and white. At no time is it EVER the females fault. As I have told my boys, when it comes to rape, I don't care if she is laying naked and spread eagle on their bed. If she say's no, that's the end of it.

This isn't exactly rocket science! Of course the kids would be wrong for stealing the money, but she'd be just as wrong for being stupid! :)

No, no, no. HE did something wrong. NOT her. It wasn't his phone, he didn't have permission to touch it, let alone go through it. SHE did nothing wrong.

Do you tell your girls the same thing or do you suggest they not let things go that far?

I told my girls that if they say no, and the boy doesn't stop, start screaming bloody murder and kick em in the balls.

any male that thinks that the way a girl is dressed means maybe, and that maybe means yes, is a useless piece of shyte.

Having the pics on an unlocked cell phone is much like leaving a photo album on the desk.

No, it's like leaving your purse on the desk; someone has to actively and purposefully look through it to find something. This kid's moral compass is an indicator of where our society is headed, if we are not already there. As teenagers I'm sure we all snooped, I did, but if I were ever caught, there would be he!! to pay. I'm sure this kid posted these photos as an act of bravado, something my generation would never have shared with anyone other than our closest friends lest the wrath of our elders would have fallen on our heads, or arses, woe be to us.

I told my girls that if they say no, and the boy doesn't stop, start screaming bloody murder and kick em in the balls.
.

I taught my girls to shoot, well actually had a former SAS instructor teach them how to shoot. I just coached.

I told my kids, be pro active, Do everything in your control, to eliminate potential danger/give yourself great success. At the end of the day, if you did everything you could, to minimizes the danger/give yourself great success, you can't Feel bad for everything else that's out of your control.

It's your life. Own it.

There are things a person can do to help limit yourself from being a victim. Be proactive

Taking self defence classes is a good example of being pro active.

Not leaving your purse or phone unattended and unlocked, is being pro active.

Spoken like a true virgin

Spoken, yet again, as the man of common sense.

This dopey mare is like those dippy teenage girls who make loads of nude photos of themselves and send them to their boyfriends and then cry when said nude photos appear all over the internet.

This is another case of women not having to take any responsibility for their actions and everything instead gets blamed on a male.
