When it comes to things of a sexual nature, yes, it is clear cut and black and white. At no time is it EVER the females fault.

What a stupid logic which you have which states that in every other area women should be responsible for their actions accept when it comes to sex. Why, when it comes to that matter, should women not take any responsibility and blame for their actions? Why is that so different to everything else?

Let's get things straight, here: in a vast number of rape cases, women are partly to blame, mkainly for the way they dress and their sl utty behaviour.

Maybe, he likes her that way. For every pot, there is a lid.

For every keyhole, there's a key.

Who the **** keeps nude pictures of themselves on their phone in this thread say, I..............

Who the **** keeps nude pictures of themselves on their phone, doesn't have a access lock on their phone, and leaves their phone in a class room full of 16 year olds. Say I.

Conclusion: This women is dumb as ****.
Or she fully intended for these kids to find her nude pictures.

I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she wasn't thinking.

My cell phone needs a password for multiple apps and I still would never photograph my genitals with it.

Now I did have a picture of my cage on my phone at one time, but even then I wasn't wearing it.

To be fair though, I don't think she should have had to resign over this.

Spoken, yet again, as the man of common sense.

This dopey mare is like those dippy teenage girls who make loads of nude photos of themselves and send them to their boyfriends and then cry when said nude photos appear all over the internet.

This is another case of women not having to take any responsibility for their actions and everything instead gets blamed on a male.
You don't get laid a lot do you ... by women that is

I thought she was dismissed?

I disagree, there are things that you simply can't accidentally let happen. This was one of them.

Rape is NEVER the womans fault. EVER! It's Neanderthals like you that perpetuates the "rape culture" that still exists in our society. It's fu cking di ckless wonders, like yourself, that cause victims not to come forward when they are raped.

It's simple. REAL men know what NO means. Grow up and be a man.

For simple minded people, all the blame is on one person.
Intelligent people understand that blame can be spread out, especially when one is being obviously negligent in the presence of minors, who can't be charged as a responsible adult, for making bad decisions.

I disagree. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own actions. An unlocked phone or door is not a valid excuse to be a predator.

That's not even what I'm arguing because I agree with you whole heartedly on that.

What I'm saying is , Im not stupid enough to trust that anyone wouldn't be a predator, especially if i left everything open and as easy as possible for them to act that way. Maybe your the lucky one to be able to see the universe in such a simplistic way. I envy your stupidity. But I can't help feel your naïve.

Why would anyone install a security system on their house? I don't even think police will consider it theft if someone took something out of your car if you didn't even bother to lock the vehicle. 😉

Yes, it is still considered theft by the police. If someone enters your home, it's still a B&E even if you left the doors unlocked.

They won't be of much help, And they will tell you to lock your doors ;)

looks like you and I aren't that far apart in our views. I believe that we are ultimately responsible for our own well being. Hence, things like first aid kits, fire extinguishers, locks, a humble pantry, etc....they are all my responsibility. I don't have to be a doomsday prepper to see the value in this sort of stuff.

But, I'm not so sure that I would blame another person for a theft because they didn't lock their doors. Hell, my doors have glass on them, the lock is not that much of an improvement that I would insist that I'm right and the unlocked door is wrong.

Teacher drops nude photo lawsuit

South Carolina teacher whose nude photos were spread by the student who stole her phone has killed a lawsuit against her former school board.
Leigh Anne Arthur had taken a number of saucy snaps for her husband on Valentine’s Day.
But she claims that last February, a 16-year-old student -- who has since been charged -- stole her phone. The phone was not password protected.
The student had been failing her computer class and ominously warned her: “Your day of reckoning is coming.” He then allegedly sent the images to other students, WSPA reports.
She ended up being forced to resign over the affair then turned around and sued the school board and its former superintendent.
The board claimed she was in the wrong for failing to supervise her students. An online petition to return her to class garnered 17,000 signatures.
Meanwhile, a former Indiana school guidance counselor who had sex trysts with at least two boys, aged 16 and 17, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six years of home detention.
Shana Taylor copped to three felony counts of dissemination of matter harmful to minors.
Her hormone-charged hijinks were derailed when one of the boys’ mothers discovered raunchy text and Facebook messages between Taylor and the teen. They included raunchy images.
