So, I asked the UN secretary general, isn't it time for a war crimes tribunal?

If it is measured on a scale, is any offensive act excusable? I would think that if the Hamas had the population and the methods for atrocities that the US and Israel have, they'd be right up there in the numbers of atrocities, too.

Yeah ... that good ol' capacity for first strike and the art of chuck and dive....

.......Awaken from your slumber!....... ..The sands of time are running fast..: HAGUE TRIBUNAL STARTS FOR IDF, ISRAEL LEADERS, POLITICIANS, MOSSAD, ZIONISTS-- WAR CRIMINALS....
Here is a sight that could use a few additional names (even outside this one particular spot). This is probably just a test to see everybody has caught the collective amnesia they were supposed to after after just one day of a 'promised crease-fire'. Collectively read and obey this, see they're not so bad, it was a 'maddness' that lasted less than a month and it will be at least passover until the Israelis boil over again,...... and are forgiven again.

MORE! WE NEED MORE THREADS ON ISRAEL and HAMMAS!

Actually I'd like to see what weapons need to be replaced, or is that what the 3,000 tonnes were to used for? Obscuring the true total when Washington get the final shopping list. Minus the 3,000 T pre-payment. The story doesn't have to end here(but it will for all intensive purposes).

you know war crimes aren't allotted out on the number of people killed, but the number of people involved in committing or attemping to commit crimes.

Due to the nature of decision making in a centralized group (Israel) versus a decentralized militant resistance,

even in the most anti-semitic war crimes tribunals run by coke fiends and neo-nazis, only a handful of Israelis could be shot while hundreds of palestinians would await the gallows.

Then we'll cheat, we'll let Israel be found not guilty on all accounts. Not 1 action was considered a crime, after all attempts at any appeal the entire world of (the 12 tribes) could be treated in that very same fashion and those who were the 'enforcers' would be guilty of absolutely nothing. Taking 1,300 lives at a price of 13 M is bad math no matter how you look at it.
Finding quilt would be more than just a few. Knowledge that something was wrong and did nothing to 'publicly protest' such actions is equal to being part of the problem. Every rung on the ladder would be just as guilty as any other rung. (sale of 'WF shells when they are used in a crime makes the seller just as guilty)
When a person can buy a gun and then he goes wild with it in public the right of have care and control of any weapon is taken away. Let him call 911 like everybody else does. I'm sure Iran could run the country for a few decades until they have taken all the required rehabilitation courses.

How would one determine if the tribunal was anti-semetic or would it automatically qualify as such simply by its application to Israel? Don't bother to reply, I think I can guess your answer. You know Zzarchov every critizism of Israel cannot be successfully met with charges of anti-semetism, sooner or later facts will rear thier inconvienient heads. I know you won't let that bother you though. I can only hope that my next lawyer will proceed with such loyal and adamant denial of reality.

What the hell are you talking about?

You can't read AND comprehend can you? I said even if the trial was run by a band of coke fiend neo nazi's, as in "best case scenario for locking up Israeli's"

The best chance for a guilty verdict would come from the group that was most affected. The group you reference would probably be next on the list so they are excused from doing any judging. The trial should be judged by the people at the location of the trial, the scene of the 'actual crime'. Sentence executed at that very moment by an impartial member of the war-times court. (this level would be down to who dropped the bomb, or whatever). The leaders would have been found guilty long before these 'minor players'. The makers of the shells would get axed at the same time as the guilty at this level.

The entire tone of your post was shady at best. First you're wrong about the nature of war crime allotments, then you're misleading and wrong about the group dynamics and structure and then you flag any talk of Israeli war crimes tribunals as anti-semetic and then you misinform that few Israelis would be subject to charges. So in it's entirety your post is complete rubbish, maybe coke was involved.
