The Israeli SUPREME Court.....the court that over rules all other courts....not only ruled against torture, it ruled against ANY coercive physical interogation techniques.

Let me run that by you again. The Supreme Court....the highest legal authority in the land, long ago made torture illegal in Israel.

So, any case you can bring forward is liable to prosecution by Israeli authorities.....and yes they do prosecute their owm.

I do not measure criminality by degree. It is illegal, full stop.

Israel has a rule of law, that if evidence is brought before the courts, they will hear the case. If the evidence dicates guilt, the guilty are punished.

On the other hand, Hamas promotes murder by written policy.

That said, whatever the case, that policy should be changed.

I agree.

And until then, IMHO Israel is justified in reacting to attacks. As I have said before, I wish they would show greater restraint in their manner of retribution.
