I agree with the post but when this guy leaves himself wide open as he generally does, it's nice to watch him try to back track.

Saudi Arabia has seen it's credit rating downgraded by the major agencies and have been 'warned' by the IMF that they could have liquidity issues in the next years if they don't diversify their economy (lol) or see higher resource prices.... They are attempting to float a bond issue and actually thinking about offering (part of ) Aramco on the public markets.
The message here is that Saudi Arabia can't afford these low commodity prices too much longer
Well that's good news for Alberta as the price will rise as soon as the Muslims decide it's time to do so.
He could start by not passing legislation that drives away investment in the province's E&P sector
What legislation has the NDP passed that is driving business away?
Any major industry that contemplates billions in investment absolutely requires certainty with respect to gvt.
There can be no certainty when Muslims control your fate. One way I see certainty is my Made In Canada price. Any other ideas are welcome.
Case in point; how many multi-nationals are proposing billion dollar investments in Ontario right now?
This discussion is about Oil and Alberta and O'Leary's lack of substantial guidance on how to fix the low Oil price and save jobs.
Get Mr Wynne out and that might change over night
Again; This discussion is about Oil and Alberta and O'Leary's lack of substantial guidance on how to fix the low Oil price and save jobs.
You don't seem to learn Mon... remember the one about wrestling with a pig?I agree with the post but when this guy leaves himself wide open as he generally does, it's nice to watch him try to back track.![]()

I should write a nice Op Ed about how there are thousands of heating oil tanks still containing product in Burnaby and Vancouver lawns doing actual real environmental damage unlike a hypothetical line break.Burnaby mayor pleads with feds to suspend Kinder Morgan hearings
The city's position is backed by a number of environmental organizations and Indigenous communities, including the Tsleil-Waututh Nation, which has taken the feds to court for failing to adequately consult them when the NEB began its review of the expansion project.
The federal government has yet to issue a response to Burnaby's formal requests, and final arguments for the NEB hearings are slated to start on Jan. 19 and run until Jan. 29 at the Delta Burnaby Hotel and Conference Centre.
Personally, I think it's great that you're trying to save them from further embarrassment. Unfortunately, you should be telling him to just shut up when he doesn't know what he's talking about. It's not like I'm the only person he embarrasses himself withYou don't seem to learn Mon... remember the one about wrestling with a pig?

And created a one year deficit nearly double that of Saskatchewan's total debt. How big will it be this year?O'Leary said he can't understand why the premier can't just put her cards on the table for everyone to see. All Notley has done in the first eight months of her mandate, he said, is raise corporate taxes from 10 per cent to 12 per cent and bring in $3 billion in carbon taxes.
"These are bankrupt ideas," he said. "You may not like the message. I don't care, it's the truth."
The only way to do that is push their oil off the market with ours by exporting. There can be no certainty when Muslims control your fate. One way I see certainty is my Made In Canada price. Any other ideas are welcome.
And yet people bitch and whine in Vancouver about gasoline being the highest priced in Nor Am.
A love hate relationship or just two face flakes who will do anything they can to find common ground with people they have absolutely nothing in common with other than geography? People here are scared sh-tless of each other and walk on multicultural egg f-cking shells.
Once or twice a day someone will gaze upward and look me in the eye which keeps me from sitting on the roof with my dear sweet Tikka in my hands allowing them to live another day. Maybe one day I won't take pity on their meaningless lives and put them out of their misery.
Hasn't BC changed the code like Ontario?I should write a nice Op Ed about how there are thousands of heating oil tanks still containing product in Burnaby and Vancouver lawns doing actual real environmental damage unlike a hypothetical line break.
It's time Burnaby and Vancouver clean up that mess before poking their noses into national affairs and hypothetical bullsh-t.
I may just have to gas up in the US and head up your way for a day or two.You really need to get out of Vancouver, pedro...........come on up to the Hinterland......we have no problem looking each other in the eye up here.

What are you paying down there? I got gas a couple of days ago in Forest Grove and it was $1.03 and that is down from the last time I gassed up.
Exactly! They have played the politicians for their own gain because the politicians can be manipulated. If those Salty rich people put their interests into running the country for the good of the country, like they do into running their businesses for the good of the businesses, the country would prosper.
Salty rich guys who show an interest in getting into politics instead of 'using' politics would benefit us all just like a successful business benefits its employees.
Depends. In the GVRD its 1.09 in Mission it's 93.9.
So, why are you going to the US for gas?:roll:All those tax dollars...........gone.
