Not on hand, no. You think the ecosystem would flip upside down overnight? I'm sure there are plenty of ranchers who pay their bills that would fill the void if the opportunity arose. That's what it would be, opportunity. If the BLM took all the cows, they'd go where? Some would end up in auction for sure.

You don't need a book to know that people respond to opportunities. Well maybe you do. Bundy is doing at least one thing wrong, not paying his bills. If it was a feed company he wasn't paying, they'd take whatever assets they could get as well.
