''Instead we get fundraising, golf, and basketball. ''

Bush spent considerably more time in his farm in Texas. The right wing media had no problem with that, remember?

I looked at that website ironsides, and it comes across as a far right website, a real Obama hater (and comparable to the trash that Walter puts up here). I wound’s put much faith in such articles.

May be Obama is beginning to look like Nixon and may he isn’t, but the article posted by you means nothing. That website will criticize Obama no matter what, it comes across as an Obama hating website.

Obama is not as popular with the people as you think. He is supported by the liberal media. (except FOX of course) Every website who is against him is a far right website according to you.

Determined to Decline

By Peter Ferrara on 10.28.09 @ 6:07AM
President Obama is leading a worldwide retreat for America on foreign policy, and slashing our nation's defenses, including adoption of policies for nuclear disarmament, as we discussed last week. That is being done to deliberately reduce America to the status of "just another country," because President Obama and his ultraliberals think it is immoral for any one nation to be elevated above the others. That discussion last week was based on Charles Krauthammer's Wriston Lecture given at the Manhattan Institute in New York City, "Decline Is a Choice: The New Liberalism and the End of American Ascendancy."
American Economic Decline
President Obama and his fellow ultraliberal Democrats now in complete control in Washington are choosing decline for America on domestic policy and the economy as well. The recession has dragged on into its 23rd month now under the leadership of Obamanomics, and its wooden, ideological devotion to old-fashioned, long discredited, Keynesian doctrine. The longest previous recession since World War II, 65 years ago, was 16 months, with the average at 10 months. Another 3 million jobs have been lost since President Obama took office, with unemployment now at almost 10%.

This is the time in presidential term when a president is usually unpopular. That means nothing. It all depends upon how next 2 or 4 years will play out.

The reich wingers are acting as if President Obama should be impeached for playing golf. But let's see if this idiotic claim is warranted:

He has played 24 rounds of golf in a 9 month period

9 months = 39.13 weeks

each round is roughly 4 hours

24 rounds x 4 hours each = 96 hours of golf

96 hours divided by 39.13 = 2.45

This means President Obama has spent only 2.45 hours per week playing golf. And for this the far right druggies are crying and whining!

What utter lunacy!

No. The idiotic claim that the reich wingers are acting as if President Obama should be impeached for playing golf is not warranted.

Who cares if he plays a little golf now & then?
Bush likes reading ( I guess that'd be upside-down reading), jogging, fishing, and watching baseball games.
Clinton likes........ well, you know.
Bushy Sr. likes boating and fishing for bass.
etc.

Make no mistake about it Gopher, if Republicans get control of Senate and/or House in 2010, the first order of business will be ht impeachment of Obama. The Republicans base (Rush ‘drug addict’ Limbaugh etc.) will force the Congressional Republicans to start impeachment proceedings, whether they want to or not.

And playing golf will be as good a reason as any to impeach him.

2011 will be a wasted year; all year long Americans will be glued to their television sets watching the impeachment proceedings (like they did during Clinton years). State of the economy, Afghanistan war, all will be forgotten for one year.

But eventually it may quite possible backfire on Republicans, like the politically partisan Clinton impeachment did.

But the point is, if Republicans get control of one or both chambers in 2010, forget about any other business, for one year, it will be impeachment and nothing else.

The idiocy and lunancy in this post is two fold...

1. That the right wing wants to impeach him for playing golf. An idiotic claim. Pure lunacy.

2. Gopher analyzing Obama's golfing habits.

Talk about obsessive.

Stop slathering Obama's jock would you. You're embarrassing yourself.

WASHINGTON (AP) - An early progress report on President Barack Obama's economic recovery plan overstates by thousands the number of jobs created or saved through the stimulus program, a mistake that White House officials promise will be corrected in future reports.
The government's first accounting of jobs tied to the $787 billion stimulus program claimed more than 30,000 positions paid for with recovery money. But that figure is overstated by least 5,000 jobs, according to an Associated Press review of a sample of stimulus contracts. The AP review found some counts were more than 10 times as high as the actual number of jobs; some jobs credited to the stimulus program were counted two and sometimes more than four times; and other jobs were credited to stimulus spending when none was produced.

All Obama has to do to avoid impeachment procedings is avoid lying under oath.

Like Slick Willy Clinton did NOT!

Boy SJP, you really must have it in for Obama, you have him being shot, impeached for playing golf anything else bad you see in his future. Even I a (according to you) a confirmed Obama hater have never mentioned or thought of such extreme things happening to him. Would I like to see a few more Republicans elected, Yes, that is about all. This country cannot afford another Presidential scandal, nor can it afford spending time away from restoring the economy. If Obama can accomplish restoring the economy, he will be around another term.
