Calm your ego and allow me to read it and get back to you.
I'm so glad you admit that the last three times I've posted explicitly to you, you didn't read it and chose to, predictably, post memes, gifs and otherwise act like a fool.

As I predict you will do again today.

Done.

The points made were about gas consumption, not a reduction in carbon emissions.

Of course not.

There's a perfectly viable industry out there.

We're just in the wrong business right now.

We? The Govt isn't in any business. AT ALL!!! They have no control over who invests in what. They don't invest in companies. It is illegal.

Done.

Because sh-t like NG use is consistent, carbon taxes will never lower consumption for heating or industry. There is no alternative.

Gasoline and and noncommercial diesel are the only way to show reductions if any.

Why the f-ck didn't you know that? At the same time the carbon scam came along and an HST came along and it pounded the snot out of tourism. They were left with a choice to generate revenue, HST or carbon tax. Carbon tax was the lesser evil on BC main income of tourism so residents got the shaft because tourists with spending money said "f-ck this" and stayed in AB and SK.

Neutrality

And all that is disproved by this article that explains how they fudged the data to make it look good.

Philip Cross: The carbon tax illogic | Financial Post

It's Ok Flossy, I understand why dishonesty and gif is all you have left.

Yes it's all fudged lol

Someone stop the presses, we have another conspiracy that one OP ed figured out and the MSM is silencing everyone else to cover for Christy Clark lol

Meanwhile, no one disputes that consumption went up.

It's not a difficult concept that consumption can go up while they hit their carbon reduction targets.

It's not just an Op/Ed. It actually contains the data and proof to back up its claims.

Something you have been unwilling to accept or counter with anything beyond gif's, memes, destraction, or your usual childish nonsense.

I don't know why I waste my time with you lol

It's disputing gas consumption levels and that doesn't matter as long as emissions are down.

Nicholas Rivers and Brandon Schaufele, two researchers at the University of Ottawa (the well-spring of much of the flawed discussion of the costless benefits of a carbon tax) marvel how the B.C. carbon tax magically depressed consumption seven times more than a market-induced increase in gas prices. They are unequivocal that “we believe that it was B.C.’s carbon tax that caused the decline in provincial gasoline demand.” At least they were honest that this is based on beliefs and not facts.

I can repeat the same thing over and over but it does get pretty boring after a while.
