About a week & a half back, there was a triple murder in Regina:
CBC News - Saskatchewan - 3 Regina deaths probed as triple homicide
The Local Police where extremely closed-mouth about this situation, like they usually
are here to an extreme not found in other police jurisdictions. Now a questionnaire has
been sent out (to the best of my knowledge at this point) to the entire housing complex.

I would like you to read the following instructions very carefully before you start answering the questions. I would like you to realize that:
1) Every word is important, and each one might be checked later on.
2) This is not a draft, and you have only one chance to write down the answers. So before you write, we would like you to think as to how you are going to phrase your answers.
3) Please write your answers as detailed as you can to enable us to understand your case.
4) Use only a pen while writing (no pencils). No typing is allowed.
5) Write in clear handwriting in order to enable reading.
6) You are not to make any corrections on the questionnaire. If you feel that you would like to change your answers, please do it in the space provided for that purpose, or put the mistaken sentence within parentheses and continue on. Your correction will be taken into consideration.

4. What would you say if it was later determined that you lied on the form?
5. While filling out this form, what were your emotions?

As Bizarre as this "Questionnaire" is, what I find even stranger is that after
a week of stonewalling the media, etc...this "Questionnaire" is justified with
the "nothing to hide-nothing to fear fallacy." Holy Mackeral, eh?
Read through the "Questionnaire" closely. No way in Hell I'd be filling that
out without a Lawyers guidance.

Regina Police Service spokeswoman Elizabeth Popowich would not comment on particular
details of the investigation, or the questionnaire that was passed out by police.
details of the investigation, or the questionnaire that was passed out by police.
"I would simply assure people that we are conducting an investigation to try to determine who
is responsible for a terrible crime, and that any person that has nothing to hide should have
nothing to fear...," she said. "We know and have heard loud and clear that people want us to
find the person or persons responsible, and that means carrying out a thorough investigation."
