It,s too cold to snow here in Nova Scrotum today, but it is, the flakes are tiny though, we don't expect much accumulation.

In 1990 or so I was in Greenwood in December waiting to drive back to BC after a long course. It snowed about 4 feet. The snow was like dust. It got up under my car and packed the entire engine compartment, then is got hard. t took me two days to dig out and get that thing running and I got the **** outta there.

Salt only works to something like -6C then it's useless and besides, salt is bad for the environment.

It gets below -6 and I am leaving. No one should have to live at those temperatures. Currently they pump a brine solution on the highway that works not bad. In the interior they use a beet juice solution. NOt sure why they don't use it on the island.
