Not surprising really, considering that the water levels of the oceans have risen 30 meters in the last few years from the glacial melt.

Better stand up because everything is going over your head.Which ocean level rose 30 metres? On which planet?

How's that ice free North in 2013 workin' out for ya'll?
At that rate it'll never be ice free.A little behind schedule but it's on its way. Since 1979 it's been decreasing at about 7% per decade.

100-7%of 100%=93%Another denier demonstrates an epic math fail.
It doesn't matter, the climate is changing and it's your fault so give your money to the gubmint. If it got smaller in the summer but still got larger in the winter is that global warming or cooling?
100-7%of 100%=93%
93-7%of 93=86.49%
86.49%-7%of 86.49%=80.44%
80.44%-7%og86.44%=74.84%
Etcetera. Unless you subtract 100% you will approach zero but never get there.
I am too stoopid to live.
You're the one who said it was decreasing by 7% per decade. You remind me of other lefties who are always right. You are talking about a continuous function. However the nature of reality, by all indications, is not continuous, but quantum, so as you approached zero, you'd eventually bang into the quantum boundary at which the function would become discrete. Fail strike 1.
Also, the decrease is not in reference to the present level, but compared ot the average over 1981 to 2010. Fail Strike 2.
And thirdly, ice free in this context is generally defined as less than 1 million km2. Fail Strike 3.
Thanks for showing up though.

Various leftie governments have proved that math is not their strong point.
