I would imagine Calgary doesn't mind having worse weather than Vancouver for a week out of the year! Anything beats incessant rain.
Just wait for two months and I can pretty well guarantee it! Right through until next June!
Not milder, Petros. Calgary is at 3500' elevation, so nights are generally cool year round.

One entire night of rain a month is good! You don't think the Calgary Sun would be slightly prejudiced do you?
You are missing the best vids, BC drivers hills and snow that turns to ice as soon as you put weight on it.

This may explain why only 2 lawyers out of 42 that got emails replied. ( I know it is wishful thinking but at least I have that as an excuse for starting something at the Law Society, they already don't like me which is good in this case. lol OMG am I going to have to thank Colpy and the sleeper for giving me the practice I need to suffer Lawyers? I'm thinking not .
