I understand significance you place on the Commonwealth Games. I would probably care more about it if Canada's record in the Olympics was in line with Great Britain's. I took a quick look and in the last six Olympics, Great Britain has a total of 128 medals. Canada got 106 with less than half GB's population.

To paraphrase what Glen Healy said after the goal, the Swedes should know how fast Sid is and be prepared. He may look like he isn't moving fast but his acceleration rate is something to behold.
