Easy.... I have a phone book and there's no FBI listed

Why would you have checked the phone book to see if the FBI was listed?

CTV news showed a pic from ISS. China was lit up. South Korea was lit up. There was darkness between them. Looks like Internet out there wouldn't be a big deal to view by candle light

Except for Pyongyang, it's always been that way...even before the latest episode. Weren't you aware of that?

CSIS, CRA, and RCMP are all subordinate instrumentalities of the FBI.

Canya read? None of them are spelled FBI - and, as Canadian organizations in Canada, none of them are subordinate to any foreign outfit. You do know we are two separate nations don't you?

Begone derailing troll. You are beginning to bore me

Since NK gets it's internet connection from China they most likely got all their hardware from China as well. Explains why it don't work.

Compose yourself. Nastiness is unbecoming.

Cooperation is a euphemism for subordination. Canadian intelligence organizations work hand in glove with American intelligence organizations. In fact Canadian intelligence organizations spy on their own citizens as part of ECHELON, or FVEY if you prefer.

I found this article while browsing. It deals with the reasons Kim Jong un can't let this Sony matter go. It's a brief and interesting read. Enjoy.

Why Kim Jong Un Can’t Take a Joke - Bloomberg View
I don't get why they made the movie to begin with...if they used any other world leader it would be viewed as distasteful. When it first came out it gave me pause.

IF however, this can open up NK for its people that would be a wonderful outcome. If it can not, it was stupid in the extreme.

Since Kim Jung Un has been raised in Switzerland he knows there are better ways to rule. He knows there could be a "life" for his people other than starvation and deprivation. He has every opportunity here to take the high road for the betterment of his people.

If he were to open his country up help would pour in.

It seems his need for power and to further his father's legacy and his own idiolization of himself as a god is more important than the condition of his country.

His father and grandfather had similar experiences growing up in other countries. Didnt seem to have any moderating influence on them. If anything each Kim has gotten worse than the previous.

I still find it distasteful.
