The state of war still exists. Cease fires end all the time. I doubt the armistice says anything at all about the internet or 'cyber warfare' in general.

This is all also assuming it was the US government that did it.

This is true. That sort of thing may be inevitable though. May not happen for another generation or more but eventually things will have to change in North Korea. When they do those refugees will still be an issue for China.

Korea as a whole.

Nice try, South Korea is an occupied territory, it's quite a big occupying force as well. If they were not there unification would have taken place a long time ago. Poor Japan, occupied all these years and now total ruin.

Taking down the internet of another country sounds like terrorism unless there is a lawful basis, e.g., a declaration of war. Obama is just another terrorist on the same level as Kim Jong Un and Osama bin Laden. Obama should be tried before the International Court of Justice, convicted, and executed.

Why bother? You've already done that - and without a shred of evidence or even the slightest of guesses which NK server had the loose plug

How many North Koreans have electricity in their homes, never mind the World Wide Web?

I hope that the hackers can reprogram the north korea nukes and middle eastern nukes so that they nuke each other. so that way both problems will be solved. ;)

... Obama does nothing but golf and help his wife thing screw up school food.

Obama wants to annihilate the working class. Corksacker is relentless.

You raise an interesting question. There are fewer than 1,100 IP addresses in the DPRK. NK internet access depends on Chinese servers. Did the Chinese decide to take down NK internet access?

Why bother? You've already done that - and without a shred of evidence or even the slightest of guesses which NK server had the loose plug

Obama hasn't been executed yet. Until he swings from the gallows the process is incomplete. Now contact the FBI and tell them to come for me.

You already did that...

First of all, thanks for admitting you are personalizing the conversation. You lowered yourself to characterizing my physical attributes. That's pretty low and says a great deal about your character.

...with the implication that I'd call the FBI.

Does that offend you?

I just pointed out there's no need. You're doing quite well in ratting yourself out. Certainly not an indication of ultimate brilliance IMHO.

I never claimed to be brilliant. But I'm am tenacious.

Read whatever you want into it. If you choose to own it - go for it

Naw ... I'm easier humoured than offended. FBI has an unlisted number here in the Great White North

If only we could see ourselves as others see us, eh?

Thanks for the suggestion.

Naw ... I'm easier humoured than offended.

I think you're being disingenuous.

FBI has an unlisted number here in the Great White North

How would you know that?

If only we could see ourselves as others see us, eh?

True enough. That's where a thick skin comes in handy my dear fellow.
