Technically, werent they always at war and just having a really long cease fire?

Yep. Very, VERY technically, it was an "armistice," which I take to be a bit more than a cease-fire, the latter implying temporary and the former implying indefinite, but short of a peace treaty.

Not that peace treaties mean much. The Treaty of Versailles only bought the players enough time to raise up another generation for the meat grinder.

America did sent a message with the little fly by just to let the fruitcake know they
were thinking of him. If they open that can of worms they could find enemies from
different places on the globe they never knew about.
I still think there is sufficient restraint among their friends if not, its time America
bombed the last night light they have.

I don't think it's a matter of if, but when. As Chuck Hagel said yesterday, when dealing with nuclear threats you only have to be wrong once. With Kim Jong Kid shooting his mouth off about nuking the US, eventually they will have to shoot his *** off.

Does it make you feel better that Iran may eventually have them as well.

I remember, in college, a roomate collecting coke caps with the pictures of hockey stars, He had them arranged alpha by team on his dresser. I rearranged them. That was not a welcomed prank.
Be careful what you suggest, Cliffy.

Would you say that each one of these guys is carrying 3 or 4 pounds of metal. I would
think they would show up on radar. The third guy from the right looks like he has a medal
hanging from his d--k. I could be wrong.......

They haven't been in a war since the 50s. What could they have earned all those metals for?

If their uniforms were gold with blue trim, and they lost their hat, It would remind me of a Lions Club convention where all the members wear their vests full of pins.....

Only another Lion will understand this....

Well, let's see... There's a Sewing badge, Cooking Award of merit, 'being able to start a fire in the rain' medal, Canoeing Proficiency, Citizenship badge, Fire Safety Awareness, oh - and the Musical Inclination badge.

There's tons of 'em... I'm guessing that all the guys in that photo were kinda like Eagle-Scout-Generals or some such thing
