Yeah, it could be.I don't think Staquf is suggesting that non-Muslims talk to them directly. That's been tried for a long time and didn't amount to much. I think he means that they would act as supporting players. How that could be done would mean studying Indonesia's experience.
But as a Canadian taxpayer, I'm not interested in solving the Muslim world problem, I just don't see why we should accept so many as immigrants when we know they do little to support Canadian values and do little to build the country. They only look after their own interests.
As well, Muslims are definitely the most expensive immigrants to Canadians
