Not sure what either of your questions has to do with Enbridge, but it's becoming difficult to swim in your bitter tears.

BTW pipe is still being manufactured and shipped south for the XL. It never stopped being shipped. Now it can be built faster with everythig stockpiled.

Perhaps you missed this..

And guess who will be there before the pipeline is sent for authorization:

That would be this guy?
Dix's past back to haunt him in new attack ad

Hell i don't much care for the Liberals here myself. Mostly because of blatant cronyism coupled with stupid arrogant decisions, much the same as the Clark government but it is BC, the place where memories are short and green no longer means past the "best before" date.

This next Provincial and Federal election is going to be very ugly.. I honestly think the Liberal (cough the HST) party will lose here in BC. Everyone is still a little soar about the HST and even though they are repealing the tax to try and win votes.. I doubt it will work.

Federally, it a race is between the Conservatives and NDP.

To start with, the seat projections look generous for those other than the NDP
If you look at the vote split it could be a lot different. Voter intentions in a multi
party election, meaning more than two, it could be a huge victory for the NDP.
I do not want the Northern Gateway Pipeline either because I do not want ships
hauling oil to Asia, especially if they are not double hulled ships.
Most BC residents may want the terminal but the majority do not want the ships
on the coast full of oil.
I would not be as opposed if the pipeline went to the port of Vancouver, except
I don't want oil going to Asia.
Mulcair is playing to the growing voices of opposition to pipelines shipping oil
south or to Asia, its a signal that Canadians are becoming much more Canada
first lately.
Call him what you will it the political game.

I think the only real point of contention is that the feds recently passed legislation which forces a decision on environmental assessments to be either federal or provincial. I'm not sure exactly how it is that this choice is made, but we could be seeing a nasty fight between the BC NDP and the feds.

I predict the demise of the NDP as a serious political party.

Slick Dix is NOT the Premier therefore what he says is irrelevant.

That P/L is different Petros... I understand that it's in place to provide mass transport of rainbows and unicorns to the needy on the West coast.

An excellent endeavor indeed.

NO no no. We MAKE rainbows on the wet coast. This pipeline is to ship them to the middle east where all they got is oil. Pot is easier to ship in bulk carriers from the farm to the store and cut out the middleman in the distribution center.

Let's not forget that the BC Liberals also condemned Enbridge for the latest spill report. Even the Alberta energy minister made some pretty damning remarks.

The only silent party has been the CPC.
