I have to say I am completely indifferent to this cabinet. They all have one thing wrong with them -- they are Liberals. Other than that, I will reserve judgment until the first scandal at least.

It is what it is, IRBS. Change was in the wind and it brought us a bunch of fresh young talented people eager to start working for our country. Of course there are bound to be stumbles and bumbles along the way but I would be tres surprised if we see any of the egregious errors such as we saw with the Duffy, Wallin et al scandals.

Trudeau has pledged to give his Ministers a lot of freedom. Could that be because the Ministers will actually be running the country because Trudeau doesn't know how? Trudeau is big on ideology but short on reality.
There will be blunders made and I'm wondering how Trudeau will handle them. I hope he won't be as quick to throw them under the bus as he was with his caucus members who were accused of alleged sexual harassment!

Every single one of the women Justin chose for his cabinet have very impressive resume's. I wish them well.

Do the resumes appear on line somewhere? It would be interesting to read them- same for the men too.

Wait for a year or two and I'm sure the bloom will be off the rose and there will be a comparison to Harper's lot. Only time can do that.

Oh yah you will cheer them on reguardless of what they do .

Very impressive! It will be interesting to follow their performance.
A Sikh as Minister of Foreign Affairs might be good for keeping Muslim terrorists under control.
Yup Will his Kirpan be banned by the Sargent at Arms ?

I just love that Stephane Dion is the Minister of Foreign affairs and that a Sikh is our Minister of Defense.

What's not to like about that?
i smiled when i saw Stephane Dion's name and appointment.
strange but true,i thought of him on election day,it all had to do with a woman named Peggy.
i have thought about Peggy lots since the election and my hope is Mr. Dion has thought of Peggy also.
i am not sure where Peggy is,but i can bet she too is smiling.

There will be scandals. Every government before them had then. No reason to assume this one will be any different.

Duffy and Wallin were Senators.

I guess there's not too much wrong with being a good delegator. Maybe that was a forte that Harper is lacking!

Don't get your hopes up, I think they still are! :):) (Do senators get any special privileges in jail?)

Oh wow this should be a kick in the crotch for curmudgeons still clutching to the old world.

"Because it's 2015," Trudeau said, when asked about why parity was important to him. A cheer went up in the crowd gathered outside of Rideau Hall.

Jody Wilson-Raybould, a lawyer and former regional chief of the B.C. Assembly of First Nations, was sworn in as attorney general and justice minister, becoming the first aboriginal person to hold the post.

She follows in the footsteps of Tory Kim Campbell and Liberal Anne McLellan. Wilson-Raybould will have to tackle the legalization of marijuana, how to approach physician-assisted death, and the retooling of anti-terror legislation introduced by the Conservatives.

How about because Dion is a bumbling fool that can barely speak English. Between him and trudowe they will destroy all the good Harper did in short order, once again making Canada the laughing stock of the UN.
