Well, anyway, back to the topic .... I think Trudeau had an idea that the job he strove to get was a bit bigger than he had in mind. It seems he has chosen a few technocrats for his cabinet to compensate. I kind of like the idea of ministers having a clue about what they have for portfolios besides a pile of bureaucratic dogma and rhetoric; like a farmer with the Agriculture portfolio and a warrior for Defense minister, for instance.

What I question is how many of Justin's cabinet are good "on paper" (in neutral) as opposed to real life situations when they are put in gear! We know nothing of that yet!
