How about breast surgerys increasing and on your tax dollar?

Is it okay if they are breast reductions to relieve back and neck pain?

Sure, there is legitimate reasons to have liposuction, especially for the obese, but most cases are purely for cosmetic reasons. I know several women who have had liposuction a few times because they never changed their eating habits. One just finally accepted that she will be over weight for the rest of her life because the procedure is just too painful and expensive and she doesn't want to diet or exercise.
Besides I only wrote what I did because I wanted an excuse to say poop-a-rama.

I'm sure there are guys who would only be too happy to provide a "living" bra for the over endowed.

You just said that so you could say "tits".
Yup but a gal I know is now super proud of her perfect set of Bs and just as happy about no scars on her back from rotor cuff surgery and can still wear her bikini.

How would pain relief and emotional boost be any different for lipo?

Then post a well thought out thread - list the health repercussion of the various surgeries - the implication of carrying such an amount of weight on the heart and other internal organs - the hell that people go thru - the ways that they try to lose weight -

Thai is the answer, is it not?

No, that is not the answer.
