No, it can't. We can not grow enough to replace what oil does now. Not without replacing most, if not all, food crops. With the amount of times you have posted garbage like this, it is not just being ingenuous, but is now outright lying.

They are licensing these ridiculous indoor ops when a single prairie farmer could grow enough pot in a year to supply the world.
Fortunately most people will never buy pot from the government. It is enough to decriminalize it such that normal people can grow their pot in their own gardens for their own use.
