Do you believe those of us that are against the payout are Racist and Bigots? 10.5 Million for not having Kadhr's lawyer present when CSIS interviewed him twice and turning the findings over to the U.S. And then to top it off the Libs. tried to do it quietly with no press release, if it wasn't for the leak to the press when would we have found out about it?

Did the Supreme Court exonerate him? Of what?

I know the Supreme Court ruled that the government violated his rights, which is the basis of the settlement, but that's nothing to do with "exoneration". Has he been charged with any crime in a Canadian court? I thought he hadn't, but then again there are a lot of complicated events in his story.

I'm not sure it has to do with racism and bigotry so much.

The majority of people see him as a terrorist not so much that he is brown but more so that he killed an American Solider.

The problem with how people are viewing the reaction to this settlement is that the suppourters believe that only white people don't agree with the settlement but they're wrong.

Me personally I don't agree with the cash settlement while at the same time i don't care enough to dwell on it. It was a court decision so it is what it is...

Does that make me a racist?

What is the cost of not being racist now a days? Negotiators say, arround 10.5 million and you can live guilt free.

The u.s. treats a traitor a tad more sensibly than we that not only unconditionally liberate khadr but pay his clan handsomely for their loyality to terror as their form of protest.

Under terms of his plea agreement, Walker Lindh cannot benefit financially from any telling of his story. He will also work with U.S. intelligence officials, telling them what he knows concerning the Taliban and al Qaeda.

Should he again associate with terrorists, he could be brought back into court, where he would be considered an enemy combatant, said U.S. Attorney Paul McNulty. In addition, Walker Lindh withdrew any claims he was mistreated while in U.S. military custody.

Since they is a collective of people in general you are 100% correct and our terrorist khadr clan collected big time courtesy bleeding heart libs. The slain and maimed u.s. servicemen are thankfully of concern to a few canadians but clearly a nothing burger for trudough.

I see Rex is as big an idiot as the rest of them. Even brings up or poor boys in uniform. Just to make sure he was tugging at those heart strings. Gotta tug at the emotions of the brain dead, only way to get them to react the way you want b them to.
