Let's see, one shot 15 year old throwing a grenade at an attacking enemy that has just killed his father and friends compared to thousands of soldiers killing thousands of innocent women, children and elderly innocent bystanders. What do you think?

No. I think he is probably completely FUBARed from being at Gitmo for all these years. I think he should probably under go complete psychiatric assessment. That is not what my point was about. I was responding to attitudes about enemies. Maybe I'm a bleeding heart, Bear, I have no way of really knowing what he's like now and I don't really know the exact details and circumstances of what he did then. Ten years have passed under pretty horrific conditions like water boarding. I just have a feeling if he was given a chance it may be better for all in the long run. BUT I COULD BE WRONG.

As for our disagreement, you seem to think he should not be let in and I think he should be assessed and given a chance if he passes the requirements. More than likely he should be in a psych ward but we don't know that yet.
