World News: Israel an apartheid state? A majority of Jews say yes

A majority of Israeli Jews admit they are living in an apartheid state, a recent survey claimed. Many also believed that Palestinians should be denied the right to vote, and suggested that Jewish citizens should be given preferential treatment.
Again I vetted your story for you.

It might surprise you to learn that not only did the source of the poll acknowledge that the term apartheid was not made clear to the interviewees, but that there own methodology may have been flawed.

Not that 500 people is a valid cross section of the populace, nor is the West Bank part of Israel.

Enjoy, lol.

So you really just come here to troll and not have any debate or discussion of the issues presented?

I will give you a chance though to actually present an opinion regarding Israel. Where do you stand? Do you think Israel should exist? Do you think Palestine should exist? Do you think one side is more right/wrong than the other?

Now don't duck & dive here, just answer the questions honestly.

Geezus, you really aren't very bright. You really should work on your poor reading and comprehension skills.

I will give you a chance though to actually present an opinion regarding Israel.
I've been at CC for over 5 years, your silly questions have been answered more than once.

Where do you stand?
I'm sitting here.

Do you think Israel should exist?
Yes and no.

Do you think Palestine should exist?
Yes and no.

Do you think one side is more right/wrong than the other?
Yes and no.

Already had, many times over, but I answered them again, even though you aren't capable of debate or discussion.

The comparison of Israel with Nazis is grotesque. Suppose things were the other way around, Gaza was a small enclave of Jews in a territory occupied and surrounded by a Palestinian state with a thousand times their military strength, and they were lobbing rockets and bombs out indiscriminately. They'd have been bombed back to the Stone Age in a week. That's what Nazis would have done.

The Jew hating Usual Suspects have no need of that kind of critical and rational deductive reasoning.

There's no waffling.

Only a moron would think there was a simple yes or no answer to those idiotically simplistic questions about such a complex issue.

I can understand why you asked them.

No, it is quite simple. You either support the creation and existence of Israel or you don't. You either support an independent Palestinian state or you don't.

Saying you support one or the other a little bit is like saying you're a little bit pregnant.

No, it is quite simple.
That's the biggest problem the idiots have with this topic. It isn't that simple.

If it was, it would have been solved already.

You either support the creation and existence of Israel or you don't.
That's not what you asked.

You either support an independent Palestinian state or you don't.
That's not what you asked.

Saying you support one or the other a little bit is like saying you're a little bit pregnant.
That's probably why I didn't say anything like what you just insinuated in that sentence.

Maybe you should take a little time, learn how to read, for starters. Then how to ask clear questions, and then come back.

I didn't ask you for a solution, I asked you for a simple answer on your opinion or position.

Maybe you should take a little time, learn how to read, for starters.
Yes you should. I know a question with more that 2 words is hard for you to comprehend but try anyway.

Then how to ask clear questions, and then come back.
Do you support the creation and existence of Israel? Nothing unclear about that to most people.

I didn't ask you for a solution, I asked you for a simple answer on your opinion or position.
And you got a simple answer, which you were still incapable of understanding.

Yes you should.
Thanks for proving my observation.

I know a question with more that 2 words is hard for you to comprehend but try anyway.
That's an obvious lie. I already answered a couple multi word questions.

You really aren't that bright.

Do you support the creation and existence of Israel?
Yes and no, and yes and no.

Nothing unclear about that to most people.
Like you, most people are simplistic and can't fathom the complexity of the issue. As you've highlighted repeatedly.

Maybe ethnically cleansing an area of non-Jews to make way for Jewish only colonies over the ashes of destroyed Arab villages wasn't such a good idea in the first place. Who'd have thought the millions of oppressed who lost everything would fight back against this fundamental injustice???

That said, firing rockets at civilian targets is a war crime. But cleansing a region of most of its people because they are the wrong religion is a crime against humanity. Israelis will have peace when the people they oppress have freedom and justice. But since Israelis aren't finished taking their land and enclosing millions of displaced people behind walls, razor wire and guard towers, the people who have no freedom, no nationality and no rights are going to resist. Some will commit violent war crimes, like firing rockets and mortars at Israeli civilians, but others resist non-violently like the weekly protests at the work site of shame:

Broken Lives and Families in Bil'in
Oct 16th, 2012

"Bil'in is a Palestinian village….struggling to exist," says its web site (bilin-village.org).

It's "fighting to safeguard its land, its olive trees, its resources….its liberty."

Israel stole around 60% of its land for settlement expansions and Separation Wall construction. Residents are being "strangl(ed)." Every day more is taken. Palestinians are left inside an "open air prison."

Each Friday, Israeli and international activists demonstrate supportively with Palestinians who want their land and homes preserved. They gather in front of
the "work-site of shame."

Israel responds violently. Physical and psychological methods are used. Residents manage best they can. Injustice is horrific. Daily raids and arrests are made. Village leaders are especially vulnerable.

At issue is terrorizing people into submission. Courageously they refuse to go away and disappear.

"By supporting Bil’in, you will help its inhabitants to continue their struggle and maintain hope in their fight for liberty. (Their) site is dedicated to all people of good will - Palestinian, Israeli and the internationals who fight side by side against the injustices endured by" courageous people who won't yield to oppression.

What's happening in Bil'in occurs throughout Palestine..

Who would have thought that the violence, ethnic cleansing, injustice and oppression that Palestinians suffer on a daily basis would lead to some of them to commit war crimes? (sarcasm alert)

Not reporting all the death and destruction that Israel has rained on Palestinians before Palestinian militants launched their latest salvo of rockets at Israel is selective truth propaganda. People who only know about Palestinian war crimes and are ignorant of Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity will never understand this conflict or why Canada supporting one side's war criminals is a bad idea.

My position is that Canada should treat all war criminals the same way, regardless of nationality (or lack of nationality), race, religion, gender....

I suggest a change.
