You're fecking twisted. What squirrelly Yank militia taught you this garbage? Have they rounded up any of the others, yet? You know that McVey got the death penalty. right?

Don't let the door hit your *** when you move down to your gun utopia. With a little luck, you'll remove yourself and your weapons from this peaceable country where they are not wanted and where none of the above pseudo-history applies to the rule of law, here. We have our own Constitution, history and custom and none of the above apply. Don't like that? Adios.

Beginning to get the idea?
Definitely getting the idea you start yelling when you get your a*s handed to you.

Trump is a ****ing liar.

Trump has NEVER been a Conservative.

Trump would sacrifice Babies if it got him a step closer to the White House.

Trump supported the Clintons right up to the point he decided to run for President.

Trump supported the old (unconstitutional and completely ineffective) Assault Weapons Ban.

Trump is a con man and a thief.

Trump is a human turd.

Il Duce (or Il Douche, take your pick)

The only question is whether Hillary is worse.

Gary Johnson, ladies and gentlemen. Not much, but the best offered.

It's just that this freak show of un-Canadian hillbillies advocating armed isurrection here because of some fukced-up, decaying country next door is really pissing me off. We have our own history and our own path.

Hillbilly? Yep. Straight out of the Appalachian Mountains, where my Daddy, and his Daddy before were born, back 6 generations. I'm not kidding. Albert County, New Brunswick, in the hills, the tail end of the Appalachian mountain range. And damned proud of it.

Now, please point out where I was "un-Canadian", and please present the credentials that qualify you to classify me as such. Oh, you have no credentials other than being a pissant liberal dumbass? Am I surprised that a twit such as yourself is incapable of understanding the most simple aspects of a tolerant society, such as someone might disagree with you? No.

Oh, and especially please show where I "advocat(ed) armed insurrection", aside from in the twisted delusions inside what you so loosely call a brain.

BTW, my ancestors arrived here in the 1780s after fighting for the British against American Revolutionaries. Loyalist, both sides.

I need no lectures from a drooling Moron such as yourself on the history of Canada or the USA. Our heritage back 1,000 years before the Revolution is the same, Dumbass.

GFY. Figure it out.

The gentleman needs to be slapped hard with a copy of the Constitution that he swore to "uphold and defend against all enemies, foreign and domestic".

Not that it is really relevant on a constitutional issue, but the Clinton Assault Weapons Ban was absolutely ineffective.

The murder rate fell......and continued to fall when the ban expired.

So why?

BTW, there is a way to legitimately restrict firearms in the United States. One way, and only one way.

Seek an amendment overturning the Second Amendment.

Good luck.

Trump is a person who bought and sold real estate, became successful and eventually slithered his way into the entertainment industry , became popular and because we in the US worship our entertainment personalities , became qualified to be the leader of a nation. If he is elected President we deserve the consequences.

Well the constitution needs to be fixed then because it's pretty dumb.

48 people were shot during a 15-hour filibuster on gun control - Vox

Actually, I don't think it is dumb. And I can back that up with facts.

You know what I think is really dumb?

Taking what was an Islamist terror attack that killed 50 people and turning into another debate on how to truncate the rights of Americans, in a blatantly political attempt to cover up and deflect from the real problem; Islamic radicalization.

Why did the German government confiscate their citizens guns prior to declaring Hitler Chancellor for life .
Even democratically elected governments are not always your friend .
Stalin did the same as did Mao. 70 million unarmed humans lost their lives when only the State had arms.

Let's ban guns so we too can be part of the history of death and violence perpetrated by Govt on its own people.

"Role of Prohibited Possessors

Certain categories of people, including felons, certain domestic abusers, and severely mentally ill people are prohibited by federal law from possessing guns. There was sufficient evidence to judge whether the shooter was a prohibited gun possessor in 116 of the 133 incidents (87%). Of those 116 incidents, 44 (38%) involved a prohibited possessor, and 73 (62%) did not."
https://everytownresearch.org/reports/mass-shootings-analysis/

looks like more law is not the answer when they can't even use the ones they have correctly now

"200,000 TIMES A YEAR WOMEN USE A GUN TO DEFEND AGAINST SEXUAL ABUSE"
http://americangunfacts.com/
I can see why the Clintons are for gun control

"A recent study published in the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy concluded that there is a negative correlation between gun ownership and violent crime in countries internationally (more guns = less crime).

Nations with strict gun control laws have substantially higher murder rates than those who do not in general. In fact, the 9 European nations with the lowest gun ownership rate have a combined murder rate 3x that of the 9 European nations with the highest gun ownership rate!"
http://americangunfacts.com/

"The 1938 German Weapons Act, the precursor of the current weapons law, superseded the 1928 law. As under the 1928 law, citizens were required to have a permit to carry a firearm and a separate permit to acquire a firearm. But under the new law:....
...Gun restriction laws applied only to handguns, not to long guns or ammunition. The 1938 revisions completely deregulated the acquisition and transfer of rifles and shotguns, as was the possession of ammunition...
....The 1938 Regulations Against Jews' Possession of Weapons, promulgated the day after Kristallnacht, effectively deprived all Jews living under the Third Reich of the right to possess any form of weapons including truncheons, knives, or firearms and ammunition.[11] Before that, some police forces used the pre-existing "trustworthiness" clause to disarm Jews on the basis that "the Jewish population 'cannot be regarded as trustworthy'"....
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gun_legislation_in_Germany
in 1938 not all Germans had their guns taken away
only some Germans had their guns taken away

sorry to let these facts shoot so many holes in so many good opinions

It's okay Colpy.

I don't think we should remove the right to bear arms from the constitution.

We can just rename it to the right to bear certain arms.

Then, in about 20 years, when most of the special people are dead, we can remove it completely. :D
