For starters, quit telling people it's a hoax, it'll just stop dead soon, etc. Well, at least Turdeau isn't running around prattling crap that's counter to health authorities like the dipshit down south is.
Yet the dipshits down south suspended or curtailed air travel with affected countries and our Canadian government has not as yet . On top of that our Government airlifted citizens out of affected areas and released them into the general population without testing .

Really?

Did you not see/read/hear about any of Trump's news conferences or at his rally's when he mentioned the virus? It's been nowhere near truth from the get go.

Meanwhile, the real officials have been doing the right thing.

Blatantly lying when information is easily available does nothing BUT cause panic. If Trump wanted to handle this right, he would have been up front from the get go, but he can't do that. He doesn't know how.

And now even Pence is covering for him.
Of course he should grab the mic and yell head for the hills , we do not have the means to stop this . Run for your lives .

Were they not tested immediately before being released from the foreign country?

Blaming Trump is absolutely ridiculous. He's not an M.D. and probably knows very little more about it than I do. Anyway I have a question for one of you genii, Once you've had the disease are you immune to infections later on?

If he knows very little, his job is to learn more so he can reassure people.

Not lie to them, especially when it's so easy to find out that he is lying.

Do you mean immune to specifically Corvid 19? I don't know, I'm not sure doctors yet know it.

Where's the evidence that Trump was lying?

So what is the Canadian government doing to inform you of our plans and the risks we face ? Has our PM addressed the population to reassure us ? Crickets .

Yeah, I can! There's a thing or two you are overlooking, Serryah, in your ambitious attempt to discredit virtually every person you comment on. Most important is very little is known about the Chinese 'flu', so it is virtually impossible to lie about it. Trump, is far from being my favourite person and no doubt has some "rough edges", BUT he is the duly elected President of the United States, a job I couldn't begin to fully understand or much less perform so I tend to back off from criticizing him and it would behoove you to do the same. I realize there are three or four others here with the same mentality as you, so you are not alone in that department. Trump will likely be voted out on Nov. 3 or he won't! Until then you'd be wise not to say another word!

Head for the hills . The pandemic is maybe possibly gonna kill us all . That is if global warming doesn’t get us first .

It's a wonder a lot of these "snowflakes" haven't been relegated to a mental institution by now.

And in your rush to totally ignore anything I say, you miss what I say to begin with.

So right there I state that doctors still know little about it.

Also equating it to the flu is disingenuous to say the least. While it may have some similar symptoms, it is not the flu.

As for Criticizing Trump, if he didn't do anything to warrant criticizing, sure, but he does. A lot. His response over this is just the latest debacle.

I have NO illusions about what being President is but you seem to, constantly. It's clearly possible to see how it affects people who have held the office as they age WAY sooner than they should. Under normal circumstances, I actually respect the office even if not the person; I disliked Clinton when I was old enough to understand, but never disliked the office of the President. Same with both Bushes. Bush 2 had it harder than most and even I will admit that. Obama as well.

Trump takes ALL of that and turns not just being president but the office itself into a laughing stock. If to prove your patriotism you feel the need to hug and kiss the American flag in front of a full room of people, caress it like a lover, THAT is clearly on the edge of bullshyte insanity.

You go on and on about how Trump is a politician... no, not really. He's got you duped into believing it but he's not a politician at all.

Unless the Dems somehow come together behind their pick to run against him, Trump will likely get another 4, and the US of even Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush and Obama will stop existing.

In the end, you don't give a shyte. That's fine, you don't have to. I do. And that's the difference.

And expected to self quarantine themselves at home for 14 days

You should spend as much time and energy worrying about your own country . We have Quebec separatists sitting in parliament, Alberta and Saskatchewan have both registered separatist parties . Our supply chain is threatened by blockades, and where is our leadership ?

Best post I've seen today. Unfortunately we are often thwarted here by posters interested in their own agenda and assigning labels to everyone whose opinion doesn't coincide with theirs. :)
