White collar crime causes far more damage to society than any other crime but do we imprison these crooks? No, we give them bailouts at taxpayers expense.

It wouldn't be jail that helped them. It would be their conscience that turns them around. The human brain is where every single crime on the planet has originated from.

Some brains know how to say no, others don't.

It's all 100% in the wiring.

Some convicts may have been convicted with the full agreement of the mental health community, either for the prosecution or the defense as hopeless psychopaths. Yet, after conviction they managed to get their brains together and make good of a hopeless situation. What you read (if you bother to read it) in the following might change your mind, unless of course it is wired to be unchangeble:

Tell that to Conrad Black or Martha Stewart

BINOGO!!! Some brains don't know how to say no. That is a psych issue. Thanks for agreeing.

Nope... Everyone makes choices everyday and 99.99% of the people in prison realize that there is a possible consequence to their actions... And make no mistake, they fully understand that they are taking on a level of risk to achieve a specific reqard.

Token whities that fell from grace with the power elite. Martha is back in the groove, Conrad didn't learn to kowtow enough yet, but he'll be back. I'm sure he is learning to grovel in prison (among other skills).

C'mon Cliffy, you can do better than that.

BTW - I couldn't agree more on the premise that Connie hasn't learned to at least pretend that he is sorry.... Our society is founded on the notion going through the motions of saying the right things to the right people.

Black still hasn't admitted guilt has he? That is a brain issue. Thanks again.

Thanks for what?.. Punching more holes in your argument?

In that case, you are more than welcome!

Has black ever admitted being guilty. Yes or no? Do you think he is guilty? Our courts sure as **** do because he is guilty. Why doesn't he see himself as guilty?

POS, Conrad Black is anxiously awaiting to admit that he is guilty. He just wants to see the example set by you.
He is eager to admit it it eh Pukon Jerk?

Why do you keep calling me Point Of Sale? Yup. When a Canadian can be carted off to the courts in the US without commiting a crime in Canada, Yup. Chicago or Seattle it's all one big happy family now.

Do you see that as a psychological problem or a societal one?
