Oh please tell us what would we see in those court rooms,I need to have a picture of what you mean.

Do you think when a cop or cops have a major **** up,and there is evidence which states their employer ignored, oversighted, placed willfull blindness on their previous indiscretions which presented as escalating in risky behaviour, and in need of intervention, who's liability is it?Is it the cops fault?
I spent a lot of time auditing this question ,
I would be happy to share

Is it the cops fault that the same demographic keeps committing crimes?

"Rockefeller, Ford and the Secret History of Alcohol
There's a secret history regarding alcohol that you won't hear on the six o'clock news:

Cars and everything else running on internal combustion engines can run on alcohol at least as well as they can run on gasoline. Indeed, engines were built back in 1870 that could run using either alcohol or gasoline

A New York Times article from 1908 (and here) enthusiastically states:
"Autoists Discuss Alcohol As Fuel; Great Future Ahead For Use In Commercial Wagons, Says Prof. Lucke. Tests With Motor Truck E.R. Hewitt Tells Engineers Of His Results With Gasoline And Alcohol In Same Engine"

Henry Ford said that alcohol was "a cleaner, nicer, better fuel for automobiles than gasoline" (James Brough, The Ford Dynasty: An American Story, p. 118, and cited in "Ford - The Men and the Machine", p. 365). The Model T Ford had a knob right on the dashboard to adjust the fuel-air mixture for either alcohol or gas

Alcohol does not corrode or shorten the lifespan of modern cars, and an inexpensive adjustment to regular cars will make them run smoothly and inexpensively on alcohol
So if alcohol can provide a cheaper and better fuel than alcohol, why doesn't anyone talk about it today?

Well, John D. Rockefeller, under the ruse of Christian temperance, gave 4 million dollars to a group of old ladies and told them to fight for Prohibition (they successfully used the money to buy off Congress). Why? Rockefeller owned Standard Oil, the main company pushing gas as an alternative fuel to alcohol. By getting Congress to pass Prohibition laws, Rockefeller eliminated his competition. And see this.

Moreover, those in the know actually are using alcohol as a fuel today. For example, there are many millions of cars being driven in Brazil that run on alcohol.

And many government and car fleets are actually required to be able to run on either alcohol or gas. The car companies simply forgot to tell the American consumer that these kind of cars are available. See this and this.

But Food Costs are Already Too High Because of the @#$_%! Ethanol Subsidies, Right?

My first reaction when I heard that cars and other machines could run on alcohol was that this was a really bad idea. Specifically, as everyone knows, all of the ethanol subsidies have caused many acres of farmland which used to grow a variety of food crops to all be put into corn for use in ethanol. Food has already become astronomically expensive because of the darn ethanol subsidies, and so I would be totally opposed to anything which raises food prices further.

But the leading proponents of alcohol as fuel are not talking about corn. Corn is a lousy crop for making alcohol, and there are many other crops that are much more efficient. Indeed, the leaders in this field promote growing a wide variety of crops (appropriate for whatever specific climate you live in) , and many of the crops they suggest are also valuable food crops.

And you don't even need to use plants . . . you can make alcohol fuel out of donuts.

Whole books have been written on this, but the bottom line is that using alcohol as an alternative to oil would actually drive down food prices, help enrich the soil, and have a lot of other benefits. (Again, ethanol subsidies are contributing to high food prices and destroying our economy because they are corrupt, too big, and done totally wrong, but not because of any inherent problems in using alcohol as fuel. Indeed, stopping all of the ethanol subsidies might be smart. I think we should stop any subsidies which raise food prices. While you're at it, stop the multi-trillion dollar military expenditures in the Middle East, which are oil subsidies).

But How Does Alcohol Fight Fascism?

Fascism is the centralization of power (the word fascism comes from the "fascia", a bundle of sticks wrapped around an axe, with the sticks representing the people all held together by the axe -- the leader). Decentralization is the opposite of fascism. See this."

'Historical Trauma' Brought Native Americans to Standing Rock

Veteran Native American activist Dennis Banks told teleSUR’s Abby Martin the gathering against Dakota Access pipeline was a community of Native nations.

Historical trauma is one of the main factors that brought more than 300 Native American nations and thousands of people together at Standing Rock to fight and mobilize against the Dakota Access Pipeline, Dennis Banks, founder of the American Indian Movement, told Abby Martin in her latest episode of "The Empire Files."
“Historical trauma is still with us,” Banks said adding that “When Standing Rock happened all this trauma” made other tribes across the United States say “hey we are gonna go support them at all costs.”
Over the past few weeks, the resistance movement to stop construction of the pipeline has brought together more than 300 Indigenous groups and sparked a wave of international solidarity.
“I have seen gatherings over the years but this was a gathering that had a different purpose,” Banks told Martin as he described the scenes.
“They are bringing their tribal flags. During the first two or three weeks, I saw one flag go up and I sensed a much stronger nation, a much stronger nationhood forming. And this what I felt was beautiful. I have not seen this kind of gathering and bringing in of support. I have never seen it in my entire life.”

Quit being passive aggressive please share your true ideas so we can respond appropriately,I am first to say,I am limited on your perspective based on your experience, share with us what you really mean

Is it the cops fault that the same demographic keeps committing crimes?
Is it th cops fault they have no collective voice in their own safety?

Is it the cops fault on believing management has their backs?I have been out of the loop don't know about changes of late.
Specialized policing is the only solution

No collective voice? Have you been smoking Cannuck's tumbleweeds?

Specialized policing is the only solution
Are Rez cops anymore or less victimizing their own?

Fresh off the presses....

Suicidal’ pregnant woman shot dead by police in Washington state

Renee Davis, 23, had been struggling with depression when King County deputies turned up at her home on Friday night. The reservation is located 30 miles south east of Seattle in Washington state.

Police received a call from a friend who was worried when Davis had texted that she was in a bad way earlier during the day, according to Danielle Bargala, her sister.

“They [the deputies] tried repeatedly to get somebody to come to the door, nobody did. They could see the two kids running around inside the house,” said King County Sheriff Sgt. Cindi West, according to KOMO news.

The sheriff’s office said when the deputies entered the home, they found Davis with a handgun, and fired multiple shots, hitting Davis. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The two children were unharmed.

“It’s really upsetting because it was a wellness check,” Bargala said of the encounter between deputies and her sister. “Obviously, she didn’t come out of it well.”

Davis was a teacher’s aide in the tribe’s Head Start pre-school program, and friends described her as a kind and gentle person.

An investigation is underway as to what caused the officers to shoot.
Davis’ sister said she and other family members have a lot of questions about happened. She said the children were ages two and three, and there is a third child that didn’t live with the mother.

Bargala told the Seattle Times she didn’t know if her sister owned a handgun, although Davis did have a hunting rifle.

“She loved hunting,” Bargala said.

Davis had recently killed an elk and a deer, and butchered the animals herself and divided the meat among her family.

“I still have elk in my freezer,” Bargala said.

Bargala said she had never known Davis to be violent, or even to discipline her kids harshly.

“She was such a soft person,” Bargala said

According to KOMO news, the two deputies, an eight-year veteran assigned to the Muckleshoot Reservation and a three-year King County deputy, have been placed on paid administrative leave, while detectives investigate.
Police say they received a call that Native American Renee Davis was "suicidal" and armed with a gun.

Forget all these silly examples, they are no interest to my interests, how does the for example RCMP have a collective voice?
Specialized policing is a higher calling for specialized cops, pay attention!

I audited a few years ago about that collective voice so I am very interested in sharing notes

Yeah, exactly. Do Rez cops shoot more or less people than the rcmp or do they call RCMP to finish what they can't?

How Far Will North Dakota Go to Get This Pipeline?

The militarized response is escalating, Dakota Access construction is accelerating. To be clear: North Dakota is acting as trustee for the company, using what it considers the powers of state to make this project so.

CANNON BALL, N.D. | A peaceful protest against the Dakota Access Pipeline ended in the arrests of 83 people in North Dakota on Saturday morning amid a chaotic scene in which police in riot gear used pepper spray to break up and subdue a group of 200 to 300 protesters.
It is the highest number of people arrested in a single day in North Dakota during the last several months of protest actions against the oil pipeline, bringing the total number of arrests up to 222.
Though the protesters behaved non-violently and cooperated with the police, North Dakota law enforcement officials described Saturday’s events as a riot. —Rapid City Journal article
